Garbage app... While there are no ads, there is no ability to save a file that works Kind of a waste of time and energy.

Simple and does what a txt file editor do: create, save and edit. (don't listen to people who can't save their files; to save, hit the top-left button with 3 lines and select "save/save as") No unnecessary app permissions: nobody is going to steal your info! No ads whatsoever!!

Excellent Text Editor, Thanks! Easy, Clean, Ad-free, Honest, & straightforward. Used this in multi window to manually transfer all my Samsung S7 Memos to txt files for use on my Moto Z2 Force. The only text editor I've found that just freely opens and saves txt files to and from your SD card hierarchy. Works just like a Windows or Linux text editor. A refreshingly simple app that just isn't typically found in the android development community of the Uber greedy, uber invasive, & uber spammy. UPDATE: stopped working. Couldn't save any txt files anymore after a few times using it. Couldn't exit without saving, saves all failed. Hope they can fix this
