I really want it to work, because I love the idea, but it keeps saying my there was an error sending an SMS, check if the number's correct... I can't even sign up :'(
Can't even register. Tells me my mobile number isn't correct. Very frustrating and disappointing.
The password allowed via the web is too long for the mobile app. Also can't hit back to exit, must use the home button and force close Also requires far too much unnecessary personal data. In the end it's quicker and easier to text my local coffee place when I'm 5 mins away.
I have been using this app since it first came out on an iPhone. I recently got a nexus 4 and this was the first app I installed. Works beautifully. I cannot fault it.
Cant register on andriods. Mobile number not valid... apparently
Says email address not registered then when you try set up account using that email or another email will not accept as mobile number already registered. Frustrating. Good when working but i found it difficult to use.
I put money on my account.. Now attempting to log into App and my email is not registered.. Pushed forgot password and put the only 3 email addresses I have and not valid.. Cannot get support nor can I get my money back. Some assistance would be appreciated
Good idea but it needs to be fixed or up dated so it works
I loaded money onto this account so I could pre order coffee at my local coffee shop but when the coffee shop stopped using them they wouldnt reimburse my credit.
This app seems to work fine on iPhones however in Android is a different story. The app constantly crashes, can't locate cafe's, and takes forever to load. One of the most annoying things is having to log out then in as it throws an error. Also when adding an order from history to the cart if you try to edit it removes the wrong items.
Convenient when working. App has stopped recognizing my email and I can't log in to order. Please fix as I have money on my account!

Worked fine until it crashed one day and locked me out with credit in my account. Email retrieval system didn't work and attempts to contact company went unanswered. Seriously unhappy.

This app goes from bad to worse. App crashes, failure to login, double ordering, lost orders, auto top now broken constant exception errors the list goes on. I dread using this app and am actively lobbying my coffee shop to change as I love their coffee and enjoy the convenience of pre-ordering. Finally my local shop has switched to Rewardle, it works, its native and did I mention... it works.
Most days when I open this app it just says "please wait" and it will not work until I restart my phone. Today, not only did I have to restart my phone but it STILL would not work because of some new error now to do with birthdays or some such gimmick.

great idea, but app freezes all the time. Please fix. Works very slowly on my Samsung Galaxy SIII. Facebook plug in does nothing and have given up trying to get it to recognise my login. Brilliant concept, but below par execution sorry....
Really wanted this to work - love the idea, but it just doesn't work. Very frustrating.
Not ready yet
It's early days and I will change my review if the experience improves but on day one the android app is still slow and sluggish, while the new interface is cleaner I'm finding it makes using favourites harder and has removed the swipe in from the right to navigate to the menu. This doesn't feel like a native app I'm guessing it's webkit and it shows, unfortunately though this is the system my coffee shop uses.
Won't work without location services enabled, even when searching specifically by town.
This app is driving me nuts. Every time I open it to order a coffee I get a black screen with a circle going round and "please wait". Waiting does nothing. The only way I can get it to work is by restarting my phone and then opening the app straight away.
Convenient and works with my local shop. HORRIBLE unintuitive user interface makes it slow and painful to use.
My coffee is waiting for me when I get to the shop. Edit Dec 2013: Its getting better and I would upgrade my comment to "it mostly works". The on screen keyboard gets in the way when you top up and I still can't get Auto Top Up to work but my coffee is always ready waiting for me and that's what matters.
This would be so nice if it were reliable. It's frustrating to place an order only to find it throws up an error. I've only managed to successfully place an order one is three times.
The pain of using the app is only marginally less than the pain of standing in line at the coffee shop. Please develop a native android app!

Keeps giving me one of two errors.. Incorrect CSV number, or Format error.. Credit card works fine for other purchases.. Was working fine on my old credit card..
Updated review: Firstly, this is not a native Android app, it is built with a cross platform framework that is obviously tailored to iOS (as evidenced by its poor handling of the back button and activity lifecycle). The UI is a mess, does not follow any sort of convention for UI design. There are no prompts for the buttons masquerading as objects on the screen (eg the star to open the slide in ui component). The app goes completely crazy and out of scale just to display ads when you place an order and hides the status-bar (quite malicious behaviour IMO). It has now regressed again to not responding when you reopen later in the day (activity lifecycle problem). It does not save your username and password information correctly and forgets it if you can't connect due to bad mobile reception (eg in a lift). The top-up form still does not work (always returns incorrect CVV number). I hoped that some of these annoyances would have been fixed with the last update to match the iPhone update but it has gone backwards in many ways. When it works it does the job for pre-ordering coffee, it is just really disappointing because the concept is great, execution is very poor however.
Extremely poor user interface design. Can't even sign up let alone connect to Facebook. I'm not a noob btw. I've developed apps and this is crap.
Good God this app is so frustrating. Sign up process does not work, connecting to Facebook doesn't work. Quicker to just walk in and order...

The app did not work and so I asked for a refund two weeks ago. I have not been contacted since. Scam app, avoid.
