Since updating the app I'm not able to have alarm notifications on and still unable to download the footage on the SD card to phone, will happily give it five stars if you sort those problems out. Update 04/09/2017: you have made the app 100% better your able to download footage from the camera SD card too my phone I'm able to set alarms again thank you for listening and making the app better :-) I've given 5 stars as promised.

It is good. But I wish that I could remove the words "Ip Camera" and make the date and time smaller on the motion recorded videos. Daylight saving time does not work. UPDATE: Thank you for adding option to save motion video to phone/tablet. Very usefull.

Can't set proper time zone, only GMT+5 is given for India, while it is GMT+5:30, So camera shows half an hour less. Please fix the issue in next update.

Cannot set Device's Accurate Time Zone GMT +5.5 ! When I select GMT +5 , my camera shows wrong time!

Motion detection video record doesn't work with latest version, it worked before I updated to latest version.

After updating camera not connecting

I used this app fast time work very nice and IP Camera very useful

Seems to be a good camera and does everything I wanted a camera to do. I am able to see the video feed, looks good, even remotely using this app. Notifications seem to be working just fine and the night vision is working as I needed. This has been a great baby monitor for us and I am thinking about getting more for other parts of my house.

App updated last 2 days and still cant access camera. Was ok, sometimes would not show video, before app updated. Still no good today. Looks like they still can't get this right. Will probably go back to dlink.

App updated yesterday and now camera is in constant disconnect mode. Loss of camera functionalities with older app updates as well. Garbage.

Works fine for a basic baby monitor on my Note 4. Once I figured out to give the app access to phone (not just microphone) I finally was able to speak through the camera.

The app is useless. Pretty much have to access video on computer through flash drive since the play back on app does work. It is really hard to review video on the app.

Extremely poor customer service from D3D Security. Unable to install the wireless ip camera even after using the new app.

Almost never works on Android O. Pointless to buy a security cam when your app doesn't function correctly!

Email notification don't work with any Gmail services and that hurts me

How this conect with laptop

I can't find a button to turn on/off night view. The panning is not responsive and slow. App can't accept special characters as part of password. Camera can only run on 2.4 ghz network. The app drains the battery in an alarming rate. Overall, very primitive and limited app. It's still in alpha phase.

It works but could be a lot better. The timer record is a little useless for I want it for. I want to set the timer to record at night from 9pm 21:00 to 8am 08:00 next day. It won't allow me to do this. It always says start time needs to be before end time. Like someone else said, it would be nice to have control of the IR On, Off and Auto would be useful. Also I'm not able to delete videos from sd card one by one, I can only format every time and lose them all. A select and delete would help.

It works but drains my phone battery big time. Says its running all the time! Even when not being used!

Cant get to connect to my phone. Even though i have new phone. Disappointed.

works fine for Android but ios does not produce sound. multiple devices tested and could not get sound from anything apple

I had to reset my camera after changing wifi password because there was no option to simply change the password. Now when I try to connect to my internet, it automatically tries to find the device on LAN. I am not connected to LAN so it won't connect at all. I could cry. I have an expensive camera I can not use. I know my name on here is a man's name but I am a single mother. I need this in our home. I am so upset right now mostly because I have been trying to solve the issue but they don't provide troubleshooting tips and there is no customer service support for americans. I tried to contact and received a message in Chinese. I don't recommend sunluxy to anyone. My parents bought me a different camera and it was trouble too. My boyfriend over seas bought me this and told me sunluxy is good this camera was better than the one my parents bought so he though it would work. Sunluxy does not work or take care of customers. I feel bad that my loved spent so much money on things that don't work. They only wanted to help me and my kids.

It's not bad, but the ptz motion is to aggressive, could do with smaller movements and presets would make life so much easier.

It would be much better if you could delete the recordings you don't need. It's missing the forward and rewind buttons which would be very very helpful. Please add them.

Decent Amazon reviews but connectivity is nearly impossible -- MUST use hardline setup before Wi-Fi. Do not recommend unless you have patience and minor PC skills.

Well un-update it.....the bug you fixed made more bugs. I can't connect unless I am connected to the same network.....

Downloaded , uninstalled several times, could not get it to load or work.

Could not connected it with my network.

Did not connect after update... Uninstall apk nd reinstall and now it works perfectly... . Do not update again..

I like the way I am able to view videos online without having public IP. Timezone +5:30 is missing. While playing recorded videos you cant seek in time, even you seek or move forward it will continue to play recorded video from same place. Also tried to go back video in video player, not working. You need to finish full video and start again.
