Weakened self control can cause these self destructive behaviors.
2. Experience the training programs scientifically proven.
@ Consis of two programs based on the specialized research.
- Meditation: closing your eyes and focus on breathing, which is simple but an excellent exercise to train your brain and to enhance self-control.
- Impulse Surfing: Impulse Surfing is a training to help you to manage impulses.
3. Meet yourself alone in the Mother Nature's sounds.
@ Meditation and impulse surfing are trainings that intentionally scatter your mind and hold it to the end.
- Meditation: For meditation, sounds of waves, of leaves in wind, of campfire are served.
- Impulse surfing: For impulse surfing, sound of storm and rain, of noise are served.
4. Watch your improvements in self-control by yourself.
@ 5 minutes meditation, twice a day, up to 10 weeks will remarkably improve your willpower.
- During 10 weeks of the training session, record your feelings and results and analyze improvements in your self-control.
- There are 4 types of chart to analyze the records.
5. Did you plan only to stop every time? Need a steel-like will-power?
@ Everyone can fully succeed on 10 weeks of training session to make steel-like will-power.
- Offer daily goal and procedure for regular training.
- Offer hundreds of sayings about self-discipline.
