Twoodo - Team Collaboration for Android
Description: Twoodo is a team collaboration tool that uses #hashtags as an organizing principle. Our twitter-like language lets you organize teams, tasks and documents as naturally as in a conversation. It’s extremely simple and intuitive to use. It’s also email-friendly so you don’t have to get all your colleagues or collaborators on board.
Why is it different: Twoodo is a fast, simple, cutting-edge way of getting things organized. No more menus, forms and charts to fill out. You get organized as fast as you think.
How it works: Organize as you type
#hashtags = organize with hashtags
#todo = create a task
@name = mention someone
and much more...
We let you organize as you type. Every message includes who it’s for, what it’s about, when it’s due and how important it is without needing forms and menus. You organize for yourself and for others… as you type in a facebook-like feed. No forms to fill out, no menus to select from.
The conversations then magically turn into actionable lists and notes on the click of a simple button. The hashtag-based language makes sure that nothing is ever lost and tasks can be inserted directly in a conversation.
By integrating seamlessly with email you can use Twoodo to manage projects with non-users. Other collaboration tools attempt to be “email killers” we are an “email-friendly collaboration tool”. Simply include @name@email.com and we take care of the rest.
Our customers say:
“Needless to say I was ecstatic to find a tool that takes this natural flow of thought to input and automatically organizes everything into clear and addressable sections”
“Twoodo is a fantastic way to keep our day-by-day ideas, todos and reminders in order so we can focus only on what’s important.”
“It’s really straightforward!”
“I really like twoodo and find it the perfect email killer”
"This is just like Twitter for business"
"This tool allows me to have conversations and post tasks at the same time. Nothing gets lost, everything is tracked. Love you guys."
“The main difference with Twoodo is that everything can be managed from the Command Box. In a single sentence you can send a message, update your task list, set a level of importance and tag that message. No more opening different windows and filling out forms. It's super fast and easy"

No sign up in app so I used Webb. Got alot of warnings after that and app didn't launch
When it jumps to Android app and gets stuck there? Please fix, otherwise it looks like a promising app
App crash when signing in via Google+
It worked prior to recent update on my android. Now somethings broken and I get a Java cert error and can't use the app. Wish the developers would give us some kind of update on fixing this issue. But I haven't heard back after submitting for help over 2 weeks ago. Love the app when it works but I'm forced to use the Web version at this time which is very inconvenient.
I love this app , but it doesn't work on logon :( Hope you guys will fix it sooon
Make sure you finish regaitration on a PC first. Before using the mobile app.
It crashes when I try to login using my Google account
What's the sense of having an app that you can't use?
will not open...just says something about java cert then crashes
Crashes everytime I try to sign in with Google. Haven't even gotten to use the app.
Can't adjust settings or notifications, avatar and other information isn't carried through from the web service.
No webapps!
I see a lot of reviews claiming it sucked but honestly I liked it from first using it 8 hours ago. It literally saves time by compartmentalizing tasks which are repetitive. Great for team projects.
I decided to use twoodo for our team based on web app. After I had confirmed that we are using it, turns out app is full of crap. Its user face sucks and looks like the one build by amateur who just learned animation tricks in android. Crashes almost all the time and the UX is so poor. It would have been better if you had wrapped webapp in phonegap
Really easy and cool app for when I am on the go. Combines really well with the website.
An app experience is very good but on clicking back button it does quit/exit an app rather opens side menu every time i tried. Please fix this.
Complete toss, says 'Go to Web Page to register but takes you back to app store. Garbage 'Uninstalling Pronto'
Absolute rubbish app. Crashes EVERYTIME, doesnt want to log in with Google credentials. Because the app is installed I cannot access the web version.
Very handy for the group who is managing work .
Haven't used android app yet
This slick, futuristic app looks inspired by the way we communicate through and look at social media on a daily basis. By using a simple command box and a wall, similar to the post/update field and wall on channels such as Facebook or Twitter, it combines our time-saving modern way of thinking and typing into one of the most intuitive and efficient project management/collaboration tool I've ever seen. However, it must be said that it does lack in complex functionality for the overanalyzers compared to the bigger players such as Basecamp and Zoho, yet it is much easier to learn/use and to set up. When you take into account that this is only a BETA and that their technical team is constantly adding functionalities and integrations this service might cater to everyone's needs in the future. A must try for every team or workfloor (small or big) in need of a quick and easy tool to manage their tasks, projects and dicussions in a modern and well-organized fashion.
Loving it. Fast simple team collaboration. I get to track things that I send out to my team, sort out what's important...get overview. Nice! The support is also perfect, usually get answers right away.
you can just jump in, add tasks and start getting things done. Task entry is very simple, interface clean. There is room for improvement, but for the BETA product is more then promising.

I've for my account created on web app and when I login to web app it directes me to Google Play store. I already have the app installed so I try login it gives a message "Please complete account creation on the web app " and doesn't log me in. Found something else. I used my Google+ I'd to login and it says "One of your emails doesn't seem valid". Why? Fix it and I'll update my rating.
