Compass

Sometimes if I turn the phone in different directions and restart the app, it recalibrates and shows North in a different direction. I wouldn't recommend it if you get lost in the woods...

If all you want it a compass, this one works nicely, and doesn't impose on your hospitality by needing access to your network or anything else.

I think its not a compass its only a wallpaper who will show when u open it... Always show same thing u are on east.

Dose not work

Does what a compass should do: simply points North. Doesn't feel the need to use GPS, camera, WiFi, in-app purchases, or any of that rubbish. Surprised this app is free. I'd gladly pay for it. My only gripe is that the digital display could do with some damping; having the numbers change 10 times/second for a difference of only a few seconds of arc is distracting.

... the bearing in the side window is incorrect. The correct value is 360 minus the value that's shown. Pros: no ads. In addition to the bearing issue ... (today) the display is erratic.

WOW!!!!!!! an app that doesn't even come with instructions because it just works!!!!! AND NO ADs!!!!!! It is so accurate that it jiggles as the earth moves. Actually it would be nice if you could fix that on the next update.

Installs OK but does not work on my Android 4.4 RCA 7 inch quadcore CPU with 32 GB storage from Walmart. Also runs upside down when started. You guys know how to design Android apps?

I dont care about interface , because is really simple perfecto. Work perfect on my device with no problem. And This easy use.

You should not display the needle's direction. Use the direction of the phone. Or at least an option to swap it.
