Latest update is an improvement. But I'd love to see more updates. Being able to see past transactions, and know when rollover mins & data expires would be great.
Lost the status of expiring data and minutes and 0800 is useless to fix the bug
After update the app gives me error messages on start up and is stuck on the splash screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It takes me to the login screen and says my credentials are incorrect, which is an error because I can log in with the browser using the same credentials.
Why fix it if it ain't broke...hate this complicated set up...take it bk to how it was u dix
I WANT TO KNOW when my data, text and minutes expire like it showed before. Also when the topup was due. I do not want to log on to website for this. It always used to be on app for easy viewing!
Keep getting an error message even after the update
Nice intuitive interface with no clutter. Shows how much data you have cleanly and prominently which is the primary focus of plans these days.
I would love it if it actually work i tried uninstalling then reinstalling but no nothing works please fix asap

Not sure what everyone is on about but the app logged me in right off the bat. No issues. Very sexy interface. Great functionality. Schweet. No widget it seems.

App has taken substantial backward step in terms of usefulness. Now have to enter full login details every time, no quick start option. The expiry information has been removed, which is a pretty vital piece of information for an app that's supposed to help you keep track of such things.
Great app. So you know what all the whiners are whining about they're just a bunch of trouble makers nothing wrong with the application at all if you do not like the application then bugger off and please quit whining like little children
This new app looks really good, but you have to login each time, even though it is set to remember. That little bug has cost you 4 stars 2 degrees. Fix it and you will get the full 5. Also want the ability to top up other phone numbers like before.
Like the UI but PLEASE PUT BACK ABILITY TO TOP UP OTHER NUMBERS EASILY! I have 3 kids numbers to top up and its stupid to have to log in to your website to have to do this and re-enter every number every time!
Yaaaaaaaaay 2 degrees you've finally fixed it. The app is now better than ever. Took me less than a minute to breeze through, check data, text, call limits and pay my bill. Well done! ????????????
It takes unbelievably long (1 hour and still waiting for my other work phone) for the top up to show up in the app, preventing me from buying the plan at the moment I need. What happens to the service I once chose over Vodaphone? Not up to the game, shake my head.
All the previous functionality is gone . It lost the list of other numbers I top up, it lost the credit card associated with the other numbers. Get rid of the stupid animations, bring back the functionality, and make some serious decisions on the staff that do your coding.
Like the new app as mote info BUT need to be able to top up my 2 kids and elderly mother easily on the run not logging into website doh!!!!. What happened it's really annoying. I'm pretty close to leaving and taking 3 family members with me. Now also app data doesn't match balance data why? Also why are you now splitting data and minutes into carry I've and add On? Makes no sense. Managing kids accounts on prepay shouldn't be so HARD. Dates always changing when top up.or add ons. Crazy. Also they wouldn't let me talk to a manager as my reason want Important enough!!!!!! Only been a customer for 10yrs but that's not good enough. Buck up your ideas or you will loose to skinny as cheaper.
Can't log in even after re-installing again n again. Keeps showing this silly message 'something went wrong. Give it another go'! Really sick of it!!
"Something went wrong. Give it another go." The only result I have achieved so far after a month of trying to login to this app on me Galaxy s8.
Unable to login, every time the error that gets displayed is something went wrong, give it another go..... for how long, may I know?
Like everyone else who has made comments, total stuff up. No prior information, no testing, no nothing. It will be interesting to see how 2 Degrees recover from this mess.
Love the new design, hoping the update weeds out all the bugs from the old one. A widget with the option to toggle view of data/call time/texts would be awesome.
I just bought a sim and wanted to use the app for topping up etc but while registering it's telling me I've used the app before and to enter my password. I've only entered my number so has it been recycled?! While trying to pick a combo pack over the phone the $19 pack says it only comes with 500mb data whereas the website says it comes with 1GB. I'm regretting this choice of network already!
The app doesn't lunch on my phone. When I open it, this message comes on the screen: "something went wrong, give it another go". ☹
For a company that's supposed to deal with technology this is the worst app I have ever used sort it out guys doesn't even launch
Won't remember the login details. Have to type my long email and password every time I try to see how much data left.
Every time I open the app it says something went wrong and wont load
App is great for mobile. Would be very helpful if you could add your home broadband account as well to track usage and spending, i.e.Tollcalls, will give 5 stars if this feature is added
Since New update unable to top up. Everytime it asks me to enter my password it wipes out the amount the I selected and then tells me that I need to choose an amount between 5 and 150 and I am back to the start again. Can not figure a way to get it to work. Shouldn't be this hard to give a business money! Did anyone try this app before making it public? Looking for an alternate provider......
I can't seem to top up other phones like I used to be able to. Can I please have this option back!!

Terrible compared to the old app that allowed you to just log in with your number.
