Still having problem below. My card has expired and I can't seem to delete my old one? Not working on this card at all and can't add my new card as the bank app says it's already added?? O just want to remove it then add again to fix issue... *Works well, but sometimes the machines say too many cards, just tap again and works fine

My device is the G9208, galaxy s6, unlocked, on 5.1.1. Very keen to get this app working so happy to provide my handset for testing if in Wellington. Please let me know what I can do to get this phone supported and please pass this info on to the developers.

I couldn't load my existing snapper, it doesn't support ANZ and the 5 digit pin is a pain in the rear so I can't use it at all. But other than that, it's great!

Security is one of the main reasons we root our phones. Making apps not work on rooted phones where the user has locked down on security is a very poor decision. It's amazing our sim cards still work on rooted phones.

Fairly intuitive UI, and I can disable pin entry (my lock screen has a pin + fingerprint scanner). Payments seem to work fine. Would be nice to be able to enable cards for more than 30s so I can get my phone ready while waiting for the cashier, without turning on "always on"

Hi there when I upgraded to the new HTC m8 software now my fone is reading on the app I have a rooted fone when it a official fone I purcashes from the 2dm sales can you please help me going back to the previous various of the fone or advising semble to have a upgrade for the app many thanks

Cannot register with app. Getting status 79 error on my 2degrees S6 phone

Using a galaxy s6 edge+. I get the error "too many cards" while trying to pay. I have one card loaded. I think I'm just holding it in the wrong place. Any advice?

Why would this app not be compatible with my Nexus 6P purchased from 2 degrees last year?

I have a Dual Sim S5, which in all respects is identical to the standard SM-G900F (Mine is the SM-G900FD) so I can see no reason why it shouldn't work. But they insist on locking it to certain model numbers. 2-degrees don't support phones purchased overseas (of course not). But until they introduce a decent dual SIM phone (there's a huge market) I have to keep buying overseas. I'm happy to be a Beta tester... ...It's ok though, ASB have introduced a virtual card that uses the NFC in my phone (& works)

Why can't you keep up with the ios updates. Was working good last week, now since that ios 6.01 so is updated, semble not working. So much for the future paying if you can't keep up. I was about to pay for my groceries at Super market and the app said ios not supported, how dam embrassing with no other card to pay with. Fkn useless developers.

I've just upgraded to an HTC 10, but it's not on the "supported phones" list. The HTC M7, M8 and M9 are on the list but not the 10. It's HTC's new flagship phone, been out about 5 months, any idea when it'll be supported? Thanks!

Doesn't work when I try and use my registered snapper on the bus. Embarrassing.

I was using this app on my Xperia Z5 on Android 6.0 and was pretty happy with it the time I uesd it, set up took awhile but after it was all done it was easy and fast to use, the problem is it stop working one day probably after a small update from Sony, the app tells me its a new phone and my OS is not compatible, my OS is still 6.0.1. If the app can't keep up to date with always updating flagship phones you are never going to know if it will one day stop working. Working now thanks for the update semble

I purchased a Huawei P8 which Semble should have operated on but did not. After logging a fault with 2degrees customer service, Semble worked with 2degrees and Huawei to get an OTA firmware update released to fix the problem. Kept me informed the entire time. Great product with absolutely exceptional service! :)

I'm almost ashamed to say I switched to ASB almost entirely to try this, but it was worth doing. My only gripe is the splash screen, and how sometimes my Snapper only half-works sometimes (which has landed me some annoying penalties when I successfully tag a bus)... But that might not be Semble's fault, so I'll keep the rating favourable.

Sounds great but can't use as not compatible with the latest and High end Samsung phone out. Are you working to make it compatible with the S6 SM-G920F?

The phone is compatible on the Vodafone version of semble but not 2 degrees!! I use a 2 degrees sim. I don't want to switch back!!

I have a Samsung GT-I9305, international S3 4G. Amd this will not work on it. It will work on an GT-I9300 S3 3G

Having problems registering my details as new user. Now getting error message when try to log in.

Finally got a phone that works with my semble sim, and it says too many cards when i go to pay, and doesn't work. :(

It is easy way to pay just matter of seconds and the service is very good when will ANZ bank is going join please make it ASAP

Who needs android pay or Apple pay when you have semble?

Bought a brand new SIM so I didn't have to get a Snapper card for convenience while in Wellington. Managed to tag on once and it didn't let me tag off. Would not recommend.

Gave it a 3 month trial and it has been hell. Thought semble would have fixed the issues but nope. 2degrees said it was a free swap but they still charged me. Even got chucked into the rain by one driver who couldn't deal with my phone being rejected by her bus. Bought a new card last week. Bliss!

I gave up waiting, if you can not make this work on a overseas purchased phone, tell me. Don't just send an automated message to keep checking your website.... Uninstalled. Will not go past opening Page. My phone is from south Korea, need compatibility with SM N900s. Want to spend money!!!!!

Got the phone from oversea. It doesn't work with my S6 edge which have the sane version and everything with the list you guys provided
