I love this app it is one of my favourite social media's to use; would be much happier if Twitter had a editing button so that if you made a mistake in the tweet you wouldn't have to retweet and delete the old one. Not giving 5 stars till you add an edit button! All apart from that a brilliant app :)

Keeps logging out almost if not every time I leave the app making it extremely annoying when I want to use it. I actively use multiple accounts and don't want the frustration of having to log into each of them again everytime I open Twitter. Please fix it because it's gotten so frustrating that I'm ready to delete. I only stay because I love everything else it has to offer.

First time that I can say Twitter actually read/listened & delivered in a reasonable amount of time. With that said, I'm sure it was bcuz the issue was on their end & this had a lot of us switch to different clients. 4 stars. With that said, now that I've tried different twitter clients, Twitter official is missing on a lot of simple but helpful navigation features, like user selected colored direct tweets & a form to stand out tweets for selected users for ex: side colored-bar or the like. Let's see how long this would take, hopefully it won't be like the dark theme which took them years & even then you know they didn't want a dark theme. "night mode" ????

I like twitter. Even short text can be filled, but it's fine enough to have fun in some social styles, unlike other apps. Anyway, just one thing, sometimes I missed the older message in the same searched #hashtag. Just see 2 or 3 times scroll down, but sometime it shows long and longer.

This app is functional but I am rating it one star due to the following issue. From 2017-12 to 2018-01 app was unable to retrieve tweets, send DMs, retrieve notifications, set settings, or anything functional. Tech support was _not helpful_. Problems were isolated to one account. 3rd party apps was able to use said account. Suspect issue was with 2FA on Twitter side but unable to prove anything as I do not have insider knowledge.

I'm a massive fan of twitter but this app has recently let me down many times. I can't refresh my feed to load new tweets, it just stuck there and i have to resort to the twitter mobile version on my browser. I wish the developer could do something to this problem asap.

Absolutely garbage update. Same old issues. It gets automatically scrolled up to the top while I am reading tweets from someone's profile. Deleting this app permanently. Useless. Oh and FYI,it's been like 3 months since I saw a notification count badge. I have no idea how many notifications I get. Absolutely disgusting. Do something or just close down the whole Twitter company before people get even more irritated.

Absolutely frustrating, for the last few months all it does is skip to the top of the feed forcing me to scroll back down to try to find the tweet I was interacting with. Often the timeline changes so I can't find the tweets I was reading hence having no continuity. I've contacted twitter a number of times but they either don't care or have no solution. Searching Google I see this is not an isolated glitch.

Twitter is a well-known and popular micro blogging app. What's people are not able to see is where their tweets actually going. And are the reachability of their words limited to only their followers? Or it actually goes to these famous people. If it goes, nit their part of stream will be like unstoppable river of words? Which is actually impossible to read? Problem with twitter is this. We donno how our tweets connect. And for this great review i should get monetary reward by twitter. I am not kidding. I have given them their only down side.

So the description for the new update says "a few minor things to make Twitter an even better place". Fair enough but there is one MAJOR flaw you did. The update doesn't allow me to move the app to my SD card. It's taking up all my storage space. I have an 8gb internal storage that's not a whole lot. If I could move it to my SD card that would be fine that's 16 gigs more than enough space for it and all my other apps. But not this. Why? Change it back please

After the last update the app automatically scrolls to top towards the most recent tweet in timeline, whenever a tweet is opened or a link clicked. Its a big inconvenience and a huge irritation. Thinking of deleting the app and using webpage only

How in buggery does this bloody thing work? How do you add people? It bears no relation to the How To videos on youtube. The help button leads to a 404 this page does not exist..... no I don't want to follow some gormless pop star

Fun, but too many trolls, and I really wish they'd provide an editing button. So glad they increased number of characters. The one thing I can say I'm not in favor of is the way they decide what I'd be interested in, in my time-line. Also, tweets are very repetitive. Feel like I'm seeing the same thing over and over.

This app is great but two things bothers me. First I would like to have all my Facebook and Instagram friends here but there is no way to sync. Second, there is many unwanted fallowings shows up in my feeds that I don't know how to get rid of.

Hey twitter team, why you not enabling email or phone call verification because I am not getting code to unlock my account. Are you making extra over smart of yourself? Then why you open this service? To disappoint peoples? Learn something from facebook.

I love Twitter, and I have since I signed for the first time back in 2009, when Demi Moore and Ashton Kutchner were the only celebrities who used the app. Now it seems that every entertainer has a Twitter account! I really enjoy the discussions of the latest news and so many other topics that interest me. My only criticism is this: PLEASE develop an edit function. It is sorely needed!

Most of the time when i search something i want to see tweets and news about random tweets just appear that have no relevance to what i typed and what i want to see, which is really really frustrating. Also whenever i try to send a GIF it never sends it, it always gets stuck.

Wth twitter? Why can't i read all of the comments in a thread? How can i learn or have insight into a meaningful debate if i don't know the discourse. Is this a new thing or glitch. Been 2wks now. Might have to delete app if this is not fix

I don't know what you keep doing with these alleged updates but it's really bad. After 2 posts, my app freezes up. Could you just fix these bugs and make it work? Seems like these bugs should be easy to fix.

Everything is fine. Love the way it works, flows and features. Except for one thing, it keeps logging out on its own. Happened multiple times and since I've more than one account, I have to keep logging in and it definitely add up to the frustration. Would appreciate for a reply. Thank you

One typo. in the review and I have to re-type it? I don't think so. May ot be a interesting hour's diversion and not an intrusive and tiresome winged pest. I'm dubious, though...I already can't stand some of the neighbors.

The app itself is great & a good tool for expressing what I want to say, share and get out there loi in 140 characters (more characters allowed, now! Thank you ) Oh, I left out: Gifs, emojis, MEME and more ~ DOWNSIDE, THERE is too much NEGATIVITY talk from users. I only use it to stay informed on those people I enjoy reading about! Yes I do comment at times. WHY not? Everybody does, even Lil birdies Do ~

I love Twitter but the app is the worst thing ever! Ever since the update which introduced multiple tweeting, I can't delete drafts. They just stay there. The app also has a horrible tendency to freeze all the time.

need more improvement on interface. improve the " search " bar more easier for user to find something. add more emoji. customize font . photo upload up to 6 photos minimum. video duration more than 3 minutes . put editing button for mistaken Twitts.

Its really frustrating only beimg able to see the last hour or so's tweets before the app decides thats enough and stops loading older tweets. Most accounts i follow are active while i sleep so i end up missing a lot of content due to this

Very bad news with this update Twitter, removing the option to move the app to my SD card. Looks as though I will have to uninstall and look elsewhere????

after I log into Twitter, I can use it as advertised. Unfortunately after I have closed the app and reopen it, I have to log in again. Needing to log in every time I want to use the app has made it enough of a hassle that I don't use it at all.

Twitter discriminates against conservatives very much! there's no point in arguing that, they won't even let me play in their Court, conservatives rule

I like it its good but can someone PLEASE explain to me why oh why it logs me out EVERYTIME i close the app out??? Do you realize how annoying it is to log in multiple times a day??? Plus i manage multiple accounts soooo that annoyance is multiplied. Ive contacted Twtter support and have gotten no answer maybe one of you app people can tell me -_- not impressed with that. Otherwise good app does what you need if you dont mind logging in a million and 1 times....

Need better specific information for upgrades. Cant always be the same "add your own comments" or "here are some improvments" update every update without actually listing what changed. Also what a horrible company for the use of shadow banning or silebcing people or groups its employees dont agree with.

Still garbage! Youre going the wrong way again! Takes about 20-25 seconds for a video to buffer. Still jumps to the top, doesn't play gifs sometimes. This is getting stupid now! S7

I loved Twitter until recently. I have two accounts, one personal and one for a club night that I host. I can sign into the club profile easily and everything works fine. My personal account however, is screwed up beyond belief. I get nothing but a message pop up on my screen saying "Cannot remove retrieve Tweets at this time. Please try again later." I've been trying again later for 4 days. Every tweet I try to send fails, even updating my profile fails. I thought it was a problem with my account, until I logged in from Google Chrome, and everything was fine. Fix this, and I can raise your rating.

Twitter is full of extreme left liberals, and is run by them. You can be as disgusting, offensive, and nasty as you like as long as what you are saying is against the president, or white men, otherwise, you'll get banned. Twitter is as much of a joke as CNN. Pretty much worthless.

UPDATE: Finally works on my Note8! Thank you for finally fixing it! Getting cannot retrieve tweets" error on my Note8. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working. I see there's a widespread issue. Any updates on the fix?

I have switched off the vibrator for the all the push notifications and even otherwise on my phone for calls and alerts but everytime I get a tweet it vibrates.. I will have to either uninstall it or force stop it of this is not resolved.thanks.

Stupid app!!! Why every time i download this app his said are a robot? Play game? Why? Please thinking... I should download this app every time when the same thing out!!! Every update always introduces new bug. No edit function. One of the worst run company in Silicon Valley, horrible management. Wish I could give 0 star.

You guys are absolutely ridiculous, you got rid of the highlights tab! Now how will I get my highlights when I accidentally closed it?! When you follow over a thousand people, you can't expect to be able to sort through that many users when you just want the important tweets, you know?! BRING BACK THE DAMN HIGHLIGHTS TAB YOU IDIOTS!

Twitter is a rotting possum carcass roasting over a dumpster fire. It is a showcase of the absolute worst tendencies of human beings, and it-- just like Facebook-- only cares about being more addictive so it can serve you more ads. Leaving Twitter was one of the best decisions I made last year.
