SAKEYA, luogo in cui convergono store, bistrot, cocktail bar dedicati alla tradizione ed all’evoluzione del Sake. Sakeya gode del patrocinio diretto delle prefetture giapponesi per la promozione delle eccellenze del proprio territorio. Usa la APP di Sakeya per per vedere e ricevere gli inviti agli eventi relativi al sake e rimanere aggiornato su nuovi piatti, regioni, sconti e nuove iniziative.
Sin dall’apertura saranno ben 16 le regioni (su 47 totali) già attive con veri e propri “shop in shop” a rotazione mensile che proporranno eventi aperti al pubblico, work-shop, masterclass, display informativi sul proprio territorio e sui prodotti locali, non solo riferiti al mondo del Sake e al cibo. Sakeya sarà la loro ambasciata culturale, il luogo deputato a veicolare l’unicità delle loro terre, genti, usi e costumi locali. Ogni mese infatti una prefettura diversa si alternerà e avrà modo di utilizzare Sakeya come head quarter, vetrina, store, location europea.
