Grocery Pal (In-Store Savings)

Have been using it for months with no complaints until recently when the grocery list won't sync with our other devices. I'd give it 3 stars if it would still sync and share grocery lists. Doesn't exactly deserve a 1 star rating because the lists still works on your own device so I'm giving it 2 stars and uninstalled for a better app.

Tells me it cannot access the server and to check my Internet connection. I'm connected and all other apps work fine.

Hate going through all the paper circulars in the mail. Its easier to take my phone and look through

Too time consuming. I wanted an app that will compare ads to my list and sort by store.

Had this on old phones, it was okay. It's just what my mom uses, I think it's confusing. And now I'm trying to remember my password, but when I hit the backspace button when entering my password, the app crashes.

Winn Dixie which is one of the major grocery chains in my area was not listed. How can that be? Also it listed Sweet Bay and that is out if business and has been for a few years now. Winn Dixie bought them out!

Found stores in my area, but searched for items and result was 'no stores' - what's up with that?!? Will use a more friendly app. Confusing - search option failed -

It didn't work. Just saw this on GMA, downloaded it and now it tells me I'm not connected to the internet. I am connected with everything - computer, cell, etc. - but it keeps telling me I'm not. Waste of my time.

I, too, saw this on GMA this morning, was excited to load it and......nothing!! I was able to pick stores of interest in my area, but no coupons loaded, no deals, no individual stores. Just a black screen. Sucks!! Removing it

Sits and spins comes up with nothing and crashes completly. Tried big cities medium and small. Horrible waste of time.

It was a functional list maker, though many promised features don't work. Let stars was a security glitch that crosses my account with other people! Other people are signed into the account on my device!! This is dangerous, and inconvenient-- I list a list today that that had to re-copy by hand. Enough!

I saw on GMA and thought what a great idea. Downloaded it...and it doesnt work. I wish i could give it negative stars.

I believe that your systems have been over run by new users after being higlighted on GMA and that why everyone is having problems. GMA rarely higlights a product without checking it out first. I will give it another day and let the rush subside and rerate after really giving this app an honest try.

I searched "ice cream" app shows a sale for "Icy Hot", I searched "milk" it came up with "milk bones". I searched for things that I knew were in the current ads as a test - FAIL!

Very handy. Combines a good selection of major national and local weekly circular ads into one easily browse-able app. (Haven't used the coupon function yet.)

Prices not correct, improperly written. Conflicting info on Valid dates. Expired offers listed. Incomplete as to items on sale. Does not match sale items on store app. I used Safeway and Savemart. Uninstalling

Weekly specials are the only reason i keep this app. More customization on categories would make it 5 stars.. Too many categories and no customization keep my rating down.

Saw the app featured on #GMA this morning. I got it to open twice and both times it said I wasn't connected to the internet. I tried a third time and it won't open. There won't be a fourth time because I am unitstalling it. Don't waste your time trying it.

Just downloaded from seeing app featured on GMA. Kept saying I wasn't connected to internet (I was connected). I don't hv time to keep messing with an app that doesn't perform like it is supposed to. Uninstalling. App needs more work.

Saw it on GMA this morning and download it. But app won't open. Tried it several times. Don't waste your time!

I also installed this after seeing it used on GMA. Not only did it not list my favorite store with lowest prices (Winco), it also kept indicating that my phone was not connected to my network, but it always was. I will leave on my phone for now and check back to see if problems have been fixed.

After seeing on GMA I downloaded it. Don't waste your time as it wont even open; all you get is some server connect error :(

I saw this on gma this morning and downloaded it but it does not load or give me any deals only the lowest priced things at my stores. Wish I could give it zero stars

Installed added hot dogs to list (from the drop down menu) & hit price compare...got hot shot bug killer. Tried "easy mac" the mac&cheese...got hair dye, & a 4 person tent.... it's a nice idea but it doesn't work

The app was unable to locate stores in my area... I'm in the heart of a major city!

Very disappointed, downloaded after seeing it on GMA, again today, just keeps telling me I need to connect to internet.

Thanks for taking all the time consuming work out of shopping for sales. Disappointed Wegmans is listed but discounts didn't appear.

The concept is nice, but: (1) I had to zoom in on the map very tightly to find stores the app wasn't showing me but which I knew were there, and (2) the app doesn't show ShopRite.

I've no problem with app, looks like a great creation, worked perfectly...you people complaining about it saying your not connected to internet, just might wanna check your device before you post a derrogatory comment...did you know there are over 4800 devices a developer needs to be concerned with an app being compatable with? Might wanna raise heck with your device manufacturer first!

It works pretty well for what I need. It would be nice if you could add or delete isles, as some super stores now carry everything you need on a weekly or semi weekly basis.

I tried and tried again and the app kept saying error, no Internet connection but I do have internet. Couldn't post this if I didnt.

Just downloaded but unable to use. A window keeps popping up saying,"Setting up Grocery Pal requires connection to your server. Please check you internet connection and try again". Simple enough to fix, right? NO! I have a solid connection, and I verified said connection... It still says that. If it requires an internet connection, how can I use this app if it refuses to recognize I HAVE an internet connection?

As with the other comments, I saw it on GMA and it says that it could not connect to internet. My laptop is running right next to the phone ON internet. GMA, make sure the app works before you praise it on national TV.

No problems getting app to open. Selected and save my stores,browsed sales and looked thru grocery ads. Can't wait to try.

I finally thought this app was going to work and it failed. Why is it not working on my Samsung 5S? Does it only work on certain phones or certain areas? Please inform. Thanks

Easy to navigate. Great breakdown of categories!

Love using this for my grocery list, just wish I could get one other store on the list.
