Wahoo's Fish Taco

The function to enter your birthday is the stupidest tech thing I've seen in a long time. Who has 30 minutes to scroll back to your birthday. Uninstalled.

Can never order through the app any more. Please fix the problem. The app is outdated and needs an overhaul.

Consistently crashed right before submitting the order. That's really frustrating after entering a large order.

Wouldn't open when I wanted to use my reward. Cashier didn't give a damn and I paid full price.

App is undependable. Often fails to load, so I can check in. Thus, it has robbed me of 4 uncredited visits so far. I've uninstalled & reinstalled, but that does not help.

It would always connect to Facebook and it recently stopped connecting and I've lost all my points because it wont connect. Please fix this problem.

App never works when I need it to. So frustrating.

I ordered a #2 with one carnitas taco, one fish taco, white beans and white rice. Then I ordered another #2 with two fish tacos, black beans and no rice. The app just gave me two of the first order instead of two distinct orders.

Since the mid-March update the app will not let me log-in & I have eaten at Wahoo's at least once a week....so, I'm losing out on rewards points & this just needs to be fixed!

I love Wahoo's and go all the time but everytime I'm in line and ordering the app won't work. I don't get any of my points or deals. Also, recently there was a notification about a deal and I couldn't get to the app to open it. When I went to the restaurant, they knew nothing about it. :(( Disappointing.

Used to work fine, although they don't offer deals very frequently. But I was unable to check in at all during my last two visits.

The rewards system changed and was awful for a period, but since have been improved again. I appreciate the change. Still waiting for mobile ordering in Philly.

I can not get this app to work on my android, Samsung Galaxy S6. Load, unload, load... As others have commented; the app is garbage!

Saw this app advertised tonight when ordering and had to download it. It let me log in to FB, but then, unfortunately, gave me an instant, "Access Denied" and "Connection Timed Out" notification. Super frustrating and so bummed. Hopefully this gets fixed. Uninstalling and trying 1 more time.

When app didn't work as expected I uninstalled & reinstalled. Works again.

It hasn't worked for me since the most recent Android update. I look forward to using it again as soon as it's fixed

Clunky app, not intuitive and the ccv space when talking credit card numbers only has three spaces. AMEX needs four.

App gives me a "Token is Null" pop up every time I try to log in, or do anything else. If, by chance I do get past that, it asks for a promo code? Deleted and reinstalled the app. Same results. Missing out on my rewards for the past 3 visits. A month later, same results. Worthless.

When I have gone to Wahoos and I'm about to cash in my points for a free taco it seems like they know that and give me a coupon for a free taco like what was the point of the of the app

The rewards system changed and now it's awful. I have to go to Wahoo's 8 times to get a $2 chips and salsa? Not even worth having the app. Also, still no mobile ordering in Philly. It's been months.

Advertise the app in the store but yet it can't find my location in Colorado.....dumb....just DUMB....deleted app as soon as I loaded it!!!!!!

Half the time I go to wahoo, the app will not work properly or doesn't recognize my password

App worked well enough for me to accumulate 100 points, now I get an error every time I try to login to redeem them: "token is null". Other than that fatal flaw, the app was a bit clumsy and slow. Not worth the effort. I must have gone to wahoos 20 times but I guess I'm not getting my free onion rings.

Went to website had to download app to see menu, ok I did that. Before I could see the menu I had to verify email addy. I did this several times never sent me code, so since I couldn't see the menu hubby was sent elsewhere to get fish tacos. If I don't know what you have, how can I order. App doesn't work, please fix it.

I downloaded this for the free combo and it worked perfectly. I don't eat there so I uninstalled right after. Rewards didn't seem worth it to me.
