Lexus Enform App Suite

Wow....Its not that it doesn't work sometimes. It doesn't work AT ALL. How can you not integrate Pandora? That app is on everything. Simply pathetic. My 15 Tundra has a similar app suite and works great. Terrible service Lexus - this is just BAD! Should be a priority but it won't be. So sad for a luxury car company.

Works with Android Galaxy S6. Does what it is supposed to. Voice recognition for destinations etc work. Once I installed it and connected it, updated whatever was on my 2013 CPO Lexus. I saw all the negative comments and went to the garage and it linked fine. Will modify or recomment if I see issues in future.

Won't pay the yearly subscription and will never buy another Lexus. Don't I own the starter that you deactivated? Should at least be able to use key FOB to start.

Like everyone, tons of issues with Pandora. It was bearable before my S7 was upgraded to nougat, now it rarely connects without rebooting my phone and/or restarting the car. Even before nougat, when it does work, I also have the problem where stopping the car often causes Pandora to play on the phone speaker with no way to stop it except to reboot the phone, also lots of tether errors. I've been using this app well over a year and it's been a rough ride from day one. Now it connects even less often, maybe 20% of the time. It's beyond frustrating.

The Toyota version worked great. Bought a 2017 Lexus and the App Suite worked well for 2 months (when I had a different phone). Now it won't connect to iHeart or Pandora using my Samsung Galaxy S7. It won't pull info for OpenTable or Movie Tickets. I haven't tried the other apps...what's the use, nothing works thus far. Update: I've worked the 3 tech experts at 2 dealerships in town to no avail. We simply cannot get the app to sync between my phone and my vehicle. The 800-25LEXUS number was no help. This is the single worst integration of infotainment I've ever seen. Get a grip Lexus! You can't have this many unhappy customers and ignore the problem!

Lexus didn't even try. Chevy's app is light years ahead. I'm surprised.

This app sucks. Pandora and the rest of the apps don't even work with lexus. Lexus ya'll are slacking.

Very poor,...often doesnt work and the app has to be feleted and reloaded...with limitrd success...I will prob not renew unless they fix these issues

Slow and buggy.

Have spent the most time trying to make Pandora work. When it works, it works great. Even after much experimenting, it only connects maybe 20% of the time. For a luxury product this is unbelievably bad. Update ..............Lexus posted that this would be fixed a couple of days after my initial post. It may not have worked for everyone. But it sure works MUCH better for me, running Samsung S5. It has paired up perfectly for the last few days!

I cannoy believe how bad the apps work shame on lexus i travel alot this was an important feature for me works 5 % of time go to dealership they dont have answer but promise they'll get one dont return my calls i have to keep going to them

FORGET CONNECTIVITY USING ANDROID WEAR 2.0. Lexus and there team are beyond pathetic. This has to be the absolute worst attempt at an infotainment system in a car yet. From its childish design to is its connectivity. It's the worst execution and implementation in the automotive industry. Technology is one of the most important features in a car today. Having said that this is my last Lexus I will purchase.

Can build a great car but can't stream pandora! Multiple uninstall/install scenarios. No Bluetooth connect. Update: been dealing with nice people at lexus enforcement customer service. Been to the dealer. Only happens with android and no fix available. I'm made to feel like the nonconnectivity to Pandora is only my phone. Thanks all for the comments you made about the same issue. Pandora intermittently works. Most of the time it plays songs for a few seconds and then stops. Lexus stereo requires constant reboots via holding down the power knob to get Pandora to work. Unacceptable for the price I paid for this GS 350.

Very disappointed come on lexus what is up with this app tether error all the time on Pandora forces me to turn the car on and off to fix it then when I get out the car your dumb app keeps playing music on my phone killing my battery then if I get back in the car suddenly Pandora wants to work plus the music already playing on my phone so I get 2 songs at the same time. You guys should pay more attention to your customers instead of just waiting to recieve car payments every month.

Often takes a long time to connect to the car apps even after bluetooth is connected. "System is busy. Try again later" when trying to select a station on IHeart Radio often for the first few minutes in the car. I shouldn't have to re-select a radio station every time I get in the car anyway! Hard to believe that a car company like Lexus could use a system that works this poorly on a production car. This destroys the experience of the entire vehicle and also makes using the radio and navigation unsafe. I wish Toyota and Lexus would just use Android Auto and Apple Carplay and get away from their clunky interface. Let's put some effort in to this Lexus and make it work.

This app sucks! For the last several days the app won't load or connect to either of our cars. Spend over a $100k on cars and a simple app doesn't work for shit! This app just keeps getting worse. It doesn't work at all anymore on either our 2015 IS350c or our 2016 RX350. Pathetic!

I wish I knew that this was the biggest waste of time app and subscription before I bought a $50K vehicle. I definately won't use this even if they paid me to now... they need adriod play and apple play. Get with the game Lexus. We understand you want to make money, but the subscriptions for software that doesn't bring value or work should be a lawsuit!

Having owned 10 Lexus including 4 or 5 with the APP Suite, this software is simply terrible. Half the time it says busy, tethering error, or some other idiotic message. The platform has become totally unreliable. I would say that Pandora works less than half the time.

This app is horrible it rarely connects to Pandora and fails to connect overall. Lexus is a great car but for $50,000 + they can't even get a stupid simple app to work

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 for its snappy performance. Every time I install this app it makes the entire phone lag. I've reformatted the phone and installed just this app, same result

Pandora will play but you can only use it from your phone. Nothing shows up except the error on the screen.

I updated to the latest version and now I have to force quit the Enform app every day before Pandora will connect. Terrible!!

Pandora fix worked great for a day. Now it is back to the same pattern of perpetual errors. I expect more from Lexus.

This app is so intermittent and Lexus does nothing about it. The new update does nothing...

Last two patches have broken Pandora and often other apps as well.

Will not recognize my email or password, but on my computer I can sign in. Its worthless.
