I was using paper and pen to write quotes while we were on a new job for our painting business. Now I have no need for paper except for notes... this app let's me make a new quote in minutes! !! Then to send an invoice I simply open the quote and push the button to convert it to an invoice. Rather then retyping every thing on my lap top. I can email right from the app!! This app has made my job and business success go a little further!! Definitely recommend for any small business owner.

The incoice cant download in order to print. Office backup and responce time pathetic. My problem still not resolved. Yiggggg.

Using this app is best thing...... Managing my company's books has never been this easy, anywhere, anytime!

The process is easy. When customer or user prints out invoices it does not use a lot of ink (No bold lines). The client says it is easily opened and printed. It also looks professional.

A little slow to load but seems to work smoothly once running. Fairly easy to navigate and does what its meant to do.

Im satisfied with my invioce is been sent everytime and the teminder that it deliverd and its been open and read by my client.. Thank you..

Can you add a highlighting option? UPDATE: I was pretty satisfied overall with the app in the beginning but, with time, it just doesn't fit our needs. There's no highlighting option - no big deal. There's no search (for client or invoice/estimate #) so have to scroll up and down a long list. You can't edit "Product/Item" causing me to have to delete and write everything over. You can't zoom in on preview if you're using a mobile device. I was told by customer support to take a screenshot so I can then zoom... this app has become VERY INCONVENIENT. Right now I have a customer waiting (not the first time I needed something right away and app glitches). They've asked me to update contact information so they can pay us and I did just that but it's not updating...resulting in time wasted, we can't get paid until then, unhappy customer, and frustrated admin. Looking for another app. This one no longer works for us unfortunately. Oh, and lastly, while Tony is decently good with replying in a timely manner, at times like this when I need things done right away, there is no customer service number I can call for immediate assistance. Ugh!! Update (same day) There is a customer service # in the app but I was looking for one within the emails. Although that went to a voicemail, I messaged support and the responded within a reasonable amount of time and fixed the issue. I feel a little better but I still feel the same about the app, however, customer service is pretty decent. Thanks for reading. Overall, app is OK. But it's lacking some features. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT? Not necessarily but I would say TRY IT. It may work just fine for you.

This app is absolutely amazing. It gives a professional touch to any small business, my customers are so surprised that o have an invoice ready even before I leave their property. I hope the credit card function will be available soon in south Africa. Is there any way that parts amounts can be separated from the revenue amount in the accounting section. I would like to see my profit only without the cost of parts the client paid for. Again really awesome app

Just downloaded this app to send a few invoices for my small business and so far I'm really impressed with how slick and professional it looks.

I got a call asking how I was liking the app. I'm in the startup phase, so my reply was rather straight forward--it's great so far! Clean, professional, and able to give a little color for some pizazz. Easy to use, inventory management, etc. Best so far!

I am a handyman and I find this app to be very useful for my business. Very easy to use unlike some of the free software out there. The invoices look very professional. Very much worth the yearly subscription.
