International Dong Hwa

The Office of International Affairs at National Dong Hwa University currently consists of the three divisions: International Academic Cooperation and Exchange Division (ICE), International Recruitment and Admissions Division (IRA), and International Scholar and Student Affairs Division (ISSA). The Office is responsible for the promotion of international services in the university. Through coordinated efforts of the respective divisions, we are able to provide high efficiency and a friendly environment with the goal of creating a superior learning environment.
