Very disappointed, when it works its OK but it doesn't work that often.Constant off line messages or doesn't connect, very very poor needs work. Can't connect since recent update my advice is if it's working don't update.
This app was working absolutely fine until yesterday as I updated the app and now I lost d network connection d it's not working.. also in remote playback option I am not able to c all the cameras recording at a time and only 1st camera s visible.. take a look at tis guys d fix it asap
Connects to cameras for about 10 seconds then goes off line. Then can't reconnect. Pretty much same issue as previous version. Using with Samsung s7
Oh my gosh this app bites! Big time. 90% of the time it never works and the remaining 10% is extremely shoddy because it will only pull up 3 or 4 cameras (we have 9). The other cameras are displayed as "no data". It's important for us to be able to view on our devices when we're away or another part of the building. This is the main reason we bought this system. Either get this right or we need to get back to SuperLive Pro, which ALWAYS gave us viewing access to ALL of our cameras and rarely any issues. We switched because we were told this version would be so much better. Not!
First few weeks of using old app it was working perfectly. Recently I've been getting "Network Connection Error messages ". Now after the update the app is working perfect again. Keep up the good work. 5 Stars ????????????????????????????????????????
The con is you often get error msg like off line & network error. ..
Doesn't work at 4G but only Wi-Fi. Please fix it asap.
I use this to monitor multiple locations, app works great. Only wish I have is the ability to specify an exact date and time for remote playback. Thanks!!!
Was working fine until last update now when playing back footage it runs really slow please fix

So slow. Get 'offline' and 'no connection' errors consistently. Even when connection is possible, it's so slow in connecting that it'd be quicker to go home. Is it really that difficult to make an app that works and is reliable on all platforms?? Can't
Nice but i would like to can access more remote device setings, especially user accounts. Work a little slow with HD/ FullHD DVR's.
Difficult to use. Support is non existent, emails to developer go unanswered. Product is OK, not great but there are better options out there.
It really sucks after the update. I always get network offline error all the time and wait like forever to connect and cant even connect knowing nothing about the problem
This is a very useful app. I use it to monitor the surveillance cameras installed in my Alzheimer's I'll mother's house. This way I can check on the quality of care she is given. The only feature I would like added would be a remote playback to play at once (synchronized) on multiple camera views. I also would very much want to have a complete User's manual, to describe how to use all the features.
I get a unfortunately this app has stopped responding every single time I try to take a screenshot using the little camera on the app. Which automatically shuts down the app. Please fix.
Was working fine but stopped after an upgrade. I understand the problem has been fixed by a further update on Apple phones but no such update coming up on my Samsung S7. ????
Takes a while to load up. Sometimes the frames are empty but I can get them to show the video feed if I touch the numbers in the list below. Once it is up an running it works ok. Something strange is when I go from camera to camera. At first there is a nice clear shot, then after a second or two it goes less clear. Borderline blurry. I would like it to stay clear and would be happy to pay for it if need be. Would be nice if it loads up every time without messing with it too. My phone is a first gen motoX. My wife's galaxys4 mini is more difficult to get the feeds to load up than mine. But it eventually works. Sometimes with hers. I shut the app down. Then restart it.
Worked great for a while, stopped working out of the blue a week or so ago. Please fix!!! Contacted them via email, the email address is no longer available, bounced back to me as a mailer-daemon.
Too slow and most days it doesn't work properly. The waiting is like forever. Can't even view my cameras when I'm away from home. Some days I can't even view when I'm at home using this app. Please fix or at least try.
Works well overall. Be nice to make the motion indicator a darker color other than yellow. Can't see it against the white timeline
Since the 1.1 update I'm not able to access any devices via P2P (MAC address), while the DDNS/IP access works fine. Never had this issue before. Would really appreciate your help.
More bad than an older version. Can't playback with single channel. Always black and hangs. Rollback to previous version plz.
App was great until last update. Can no longer connect to DVR over 4g network, but it works on location wifi! Please fix ASAP.
This app. Is very slow.the first week we used it, we had no problems viewing . Now almost daily we get "NO DATA" "no Internet connection". It is almost impossible to get a connection when we are away from home, out and about, and it will also stop and freeze.we are very disappointed, We really needed to be able to view our home cameras when we are at work or travel.The only time we may get a good connection is when we are at home,and that really defeats the purpose of being able to view anytime or anywhere. We thought our phones (Samsung android) were at fault, so we took them in and had them check and debug them, they said the phones and server connection was good but that didn't help either. Is there another app out there that can do a better job? Or can you fix it at the app side.
The apps should not limit the total devices to be added to ServerList as it is not practical if i have more than 32 dvr within my group.. kindly amended to have unlimited devices to be added then..

Takes forever to load. Then loses connection. Difficult playback. Really frustrating and slow to just get it to play a specific time of day back.

After updating app, it takes 1 to 5 minutes to connect to my DVRs that use P2P method. But, DVRs that have static IP connect instantly. Before updating, I didn't have late connection problems. Please solve P2P issues.
