TV Guide

Have used app for several years. I use the app before using the Guide on TV. Love the Watch List. I've occasionally had issues but will send an email using the app link and they respond fast. They contact the relavent party to remedy and the issue is fixed FAST. Great response.

Would like this app. more if you would list the actors in the movie synopsis. As well as the ability to not see channels I never watch & have my favorites channels pop up first.

Use to be good app. Now it just sits there and loads nothing. Waiting. Waiting. End up just flipping channels to find out what's on.

Channel display out of order and can't re-order easily. Wonder if it is a new feature?

Jun/17 - can finally get the app to work. We shall see how long that lasts. Jan/17Since I haven't been able to open the app and all I see is the opening logo page.... Undo, what you have done!

Nice format, easy to use, and versatile. The only problem I have is with the navigation to a specific date and time. The drop-down for day of week has a black font against a navy blue background, so it's nearly impossible to read. This started happening a few months ago, apparently with some update. I hope it is fixed soon.

This app needs work. When you go to the program description you sometimes have to hit the back button several times for it to work. Also, the ad on the bottom blocks the bottom channel listing. Trying to scroll down to it doesn't work, the scroll bar just bounces back up. These two major things need to be fixed to really make this a good app.

Same bug complaints as everyone else but what REALLY irritates me are the very critical commentaries on almost every movie. I don't know who the self important clown is that writes these but they need to be replaced by someone who knows how to simply relax and enjoy the show. Not pick apart even some great classics.

My favorite for getting listings. I like being able to save favorite channels. Ads are annoying and had to add an additional channel I don't actually watch so that's the one that is covered by the large ad at the bottom of the listings. That way I can still see the info I want.

Search is STILL pathetic after almost THREE YEARS! Type in any part of a show title that is on at the moment and it won't find it. Sometimes requires multiple back button presses to get out of description screen because of a glitch (been doing this for almost THREE YEARS!!!). One star it is. HELLO!! DEVS, ARE YOU AWARE HOW SUCKTASTIC YOUR APP IS?? Did I mention it's still doing the multiple back button presses to go back? Still the same sucktastic app as of 5/24/17.

I just returned from a 2 week trip where I tried to use this app to show what channels I could see shows on in different cities. Each city I tried it in, nothing matched the channel line up where I was staying. I tried all variations of cable, satellite​, and antenna without seeing the same channels show up where I was. Not sure why this is unless hotels just have their own programming. Makes this app useless for traveling.

Application has some terrible ads. It has ads that tell you your device has a virus what you need to remove immediately. It tells you that you have to clean your device and to do it immediately. All these ads do is create harmful viruses on your device. Shame on TV Guide for allowing these horrid ads to be shown on their applications. The ads keep blinking and are so annoying it's impossible to even read the shows you want to watch

Guess they just don't like us; or are to busy watching TV to fix this app. The banner ad blocks the last listing. Many chanels are blank. Multiple back buttons in program description required to get back to grid. Has been like that for a long time. If it takes too long to fix, they will have lost all their customers, No more add money, Tv guide goes extinct. As of 7/1/17 still have not fixed multiple back button in program description. This problem has gone on for years. Why are they ignoring it? Boo on Tv Guide.

Horrible! 1st downloaded beginning of 2017, worked perfectly, then it didn't. Try to login, it tells me I don't have valid email address, IT'S the same one I use to go in & pay Bill! What's going on? Don't think they care.

Too bad it doesn't show content for Sling, PS vue, those kinds of streaming tv. I'm not a fan of the sling tv guide (too hard and long to read one station at a time) and prefer this display with all the channels to the left and just scroll down and across for times. I'd give it higher if it had the content I need.

This app would get a perfect if I could press on the channel i want to watch then it changes my TV automatically since I do have a remote on my phone! Also I wish I didnt have to open the app everyday in order to get notifications about my saved shows!

Unable to sign in? I have been able to sign in once when I created my account. The app closes/crashes after you press the sign in link, it doesn't even let me enter my information. Trying to sign in with Google at least gives me an error. In all the app seams nice but imo this is a critical error that simply should not exist

Still use it but it sucks on backing attempts on after reviewing "details", and on many other bugs. Charge me something for a great and better revised tv guide app. U are 5 years too old. Ur latest "upgrades" still suck.

Miserable cheaters! After several updates now you have to hit close 5-6 times (so, it will open 5-6 different adds) to be able to close this application. Shame on you, loosers! .I.

Your otherwise helpful app has been compromised by a demand for a "T.V. GUIDE Account" to access any app functions. Your buggy app refuses to log on to my Facebook or Google plus accounts, or any of 4 different email accounts, calling them all "invalid." This is beyond unacceptable. It's downright ridiculous. FIX YOUR BUGS!!!

Wanted to create an account so I could save favorites, set alerts, etc. Tried to login using Facebook and Google, neither seem to be supported even though the app has buttons to link those accounts. Then I tried to create a TV Guide account, and no matter what I enter for an email address (I tried 3 different valid emails) it gave me the "please enter valid email address" error message. Super frustrating. I'll be using a different app. This one needs to improve security/account settings asap.

Piece of junk! Can't seem to find my Internet connection, always says there is an error. I have plenty of bandwidth and no other app on my phone has a problem finding the connection.

Recently started skipping data for several channels. Just has blank spaces. I want a reliable tv guide for my watching pleasure and this has been lacking from it's inception. It's too bad really because, they're like, you know, TV GUIDE!

Useless when you can't get in. Something's wrong when an app sets off a warning as this one did when I tried to sign on. I uninstalled immediately. Not going back.

Sometimes lag or locks up but it is useable. Users can add their favorite shows and see the times they will be showing. Best to create an account using your pc then logging in to the app.

A very nice, and handy, TV guide when its working. ** Update: TV GUIDE, after using for a month, just blanked out my entire favorite channels list with an unwanted update and now wants me to sign up for an "account" to create a new one! UPDATE 2: After now using 7 months, not only are favorites gone again, but also will no longer list digital channels, only antenna, so no way to make a new favorites list and the guide is totally useless! Will uninstall.

Still spasms out when trying to click and then won't let you go back. Try to give feedback app demands email when you already know damnwell so came here for speed.

I would love to pay to remove the annoying ads. Needs a more user friendly search tool for bad spellers and a font size option for some of the small stuff. Also needs ability to select & copy text.

Unbelievably slow loading and returning search results on both phone and tablet. Good connection speed confirmed but app is so slow as to be effectively useless. Show's over by the time relevant info is obtained.

It does what it claims with a nice user interface and has all of my local channels (something most TV guide apps can't pull off). The one problem is the ads display over the last channel listing making it impossible to read.

Used to work fine, but recently it doesn't display anything. Just sits there blank with 50% loading bar.... What happened?!

The ads come up every time you open app. But the t.v. listings may never come up. 50/50 chance!

In general this is a very good app, but the search feature is useless. If I type in a show I'm looking for, it comes up nothing. Please fix.

The app works great when it wants to. I have more problems with glitches on this app where it either gets stuck looking at the show information or it just fails to load properly. Usually the quickest way to remedy this is clearing the app's data altogether and forcing it back to initial setup. I really feel that one should not always have to do that. It is unreasonable and sloppy programming. I wish bug fixes released actually fixed bugs and stability issues as they say they do instead of what they are doing, which isn't fixing these two big problems. I think this app needs to be rebuilt entirely from scratch, from the ground up, and then have a lot more QA testing done to it instead of releasing a broken program.

All of a sudden, I cant see any listings. So I try to log in again. Authentication failed. So i try the forgot password link. No account associated with that email. So i try to make one. An account already exists with this email. Well which os ot!?!?

Glitchy. I can't always get listings. Photo galleries always show only 15 pictures mac, and titles are always covered by ads. Took me 4 emails until it would let me set it up, couldn't personalize with Facebook or google+ accouny

Uninstalled. Wants you to create an account but every email I put it it kicked out and said to use a valid email. Um....I am. I use all 3 that I entered on a daily basis. So it's pretty useless.

Handy app when it works correctly. Everytime there is an update it always seems to get worse, 'bout ready to say byebye.

Would be five stars if 2 things were fixed 1)it tends to(on occasion) freeze up if I try to exit the app or go back a page in the app. 2-1) would be nice if they're could be a day planner (list of that days reminders) so we could look ahead of the day to a list to see what is set to remind us. Instead of searching the guide every day. 2-2)if a show changes time or day the guide reminders don't, it just stops reminding!

Never reminds me even though reminders are set. Now when I try logging in thru Facebook or Google plus it says login error.
