After the lastest update it stop working it kept saying it was a bad connection please fix this

New update needs access to my web browsing history? Why? I use Sync so my history is shared across devices, so that's literally every site I've ever visited. No thanks.

Good banking app

Mobile check deposit has a camera sound that cannot be toggled in the settings. Both media and ringtone volumes are set to 0 and it still happens.

I love being able to check my account any time I need to. Would love for a notification to come in any time money is added or taken out. Also the instant balance isn't very accurate. If a purchase was made recently it doesn't update it and it looks like you have more money in your account when you really don't.

Periodically, the app won't load. So I've found that redownloading it makes it work again. Kinda bothersome

It was great until very recently. I'd loved that I could check my balances instantly without logging in every time. Lately app will not open for me at all, despite following corrective instructions from TVFCU staff

Worst app software. it doesnt let you see your balance when it was withdrawal or deposit. it just show amount withdrawal and deposit. Come on TVFCU , you should had left it the way it was

Can't do the deposit when taking pics of check. When I get to the end and confirm, an unexpected error occurs. Get with the program TVFCU.

Never any problems for me. Glad TVFCU has an app.

This is the most horribly functioning banking app ive ever used. It is down an crashes all the time. This is a crappy bank in my experience to. Completly clueless useless eaters

There seems to always have an error so you can't sign in. Very frustrating

Required update asks if I'm sure I want to exit but it won't. Must force stop with App Mgr. Please fix. V5.0.1 on Galaxy S4.

For one you can't even log in..... so that makes it useless. Second you barely have an features, but fix the problems now before you add anything!

I use this app multible times a day, and now it constantly tells me my login information is wrong and locks my Online24. This is ridiculous!!!

It keeps telling me my information is wrong , but when I go to my web browse and go to online 24 from it I can log in with no problems.

Would be better if you could see your balance after every transaction like other banks.

Love it! Awesome! I'm a disabled widow & have no transportation. Today is the first time I've been ever without a ride to the bank to get my money to pay my bills. Well I've finally gotten a way to get it done thru this app. Thanks for the use of this fantastic opportunity to learn even more about my phone & what I can do with the internet & by just testing my abilities to keep learning. Trial & error, they call it still today, but it works. On thing proven; YOU NEVER TO OLD TO LEARN! Just do it! Ruby

Since May 2016 this new approach to this app has absolutely sucked.. logins are unreliable.. I can't tell if I'm being hacked or your systems down.. however your message comments leave the impression that I entered my information wrong.. I'm tired of having to install and uninstall to fix your kinks.. what was so wrong with the old application? You make it almost impossible to check our balance anywhere else but here or in person.. so why be absolutely so unconvincing to me.. fix it or I'll find a new bank.

Logging in is unnecessarily complicated and unreliable. Seems that more often than not it won't accept the credentials for no obvious reason, which makes it pretty useless.

Love the app but I can't figure out how to change my password any help would be appreciated.

It has just quick working...please get it fixed, I use it several times daily!
