Love that I am able to check balances of all accounts securely and verify in real time my account statements.

Since update it keeps crashing!! Completely useless!!

Every couple of months or so, this app gives me a headache. It's always something. Normally its a login issue but this time it says it's a connection issue even though my data and WiFi are full bars and work fine. Getting tired of calling the horrible customer service number and really don't want to drive to the bank every time there's an issue with this app. It's been a few years of glitchy...can this please be fixed???

Kind of annoying that I can't get in and access my account when I want to. They are always doing something or it's down for some reason. If I need to move funds around I can't and if you over draw it's an automatic $30 charge! Ugh

I've had this app ever since I've had my account and usually love how convenient it is. I logged in this morning and it worked. I've tried logging in this evening and keeps saying log in failed. I done the update thinking that was the issue since it's currently not letting me log in. . . After updating it still says log in failed!

I haven't had any problem with this app for the year and half I have had it. Now it won't load keeps giving me a connection failed error every time I try to login.

Reset my password 2 times and still "Log in Failed" and I know for sure that's the password. Fix your damn app I always Checked my balance through my phone :/

It's ok. Does what you need it to. The estimate a car payment link doesn't work. Has down times regularly. Not sure if due to the app or the credit union's computer system.

Needs to be more robust. Bill pay is weak because you can't add a payee. I'm sure "it's for my security," but that too is weak.

I love this app but all day hasn't been letting me log-in to see my account 5 stars. Please fix error

I really love this app. Would be 5 stars but as of right now as of today I can't log in. Keeps giving me a failed log in. Will change to 5 stars when the problem is fixed.

This app was working great until today. I updated it thinking that would help and still having the same problems. Please get it fixed!!

It's great, albeit a little slow, when it works, but it hasn't worked in about a month. It just says that a login error has occurred, please try again later.

Love this app but today it keeps saying no connection. Its the only app I have saying this. Worked just fine last night.

Works great! Just one problem is that it won't let you open your statements/news letters to view.

The website said that online backing and mobile banking would be unavailable from 1 am to 3 am. It's 7 am why isn't the app working?

I have had this app for a year or more and have beer had an issue with it until two days ago and now it's saying connection failed .. won't even let me login or to the login page .. I rely on this app as it's awesome to have for viewing your account info instantly . Please fix this issue asap and I will rate it 5 stars . Thank u.

Mobile deposit is broken again. Now it's "unable to verify" my enrollment. No options to troubleshoot. Please fix!

App update 08-01-17--if you can't sign in, discard the old app, then drag the new app from the apps menu on your device. It solved my problem.

Ever since the update it keeps saying that the app has stopped working, and that is EVERY TIME that I click on it to go sign in and check my banking information. Strongly not likely how it has been acting. Before I never had these issues this app

Never had an issue until the update. No the app continues to crash while trying to open or login! Frustrating!

Used to work and look great but the " new look and feel" just looks cheap and the functionality is decreasing with each update.Why should it take up to five minutes to login and transfer money. Just give it a simple look and focus on the quality not how many new features you can cram into an app that will just bog down even the best phone.

The app loads then screen goes black. If it isn't broken, dont fix it. Ever since the update it hasnt worked on my galaxy S6. Please fix this, and I'll fix my rating.

It is a great app! You can do everything that you should be able to do with your account. Never had any issues until today. Now, just installed recent update and can't loin - Says log in failed.

Great app until newest update..now it freezes all the time closes app unexpectedly and can't use all the features that it says are available like quick access..

The app crashes 95% of the time when you open it up this is one update that should have never happened. It needs a fix as soon as possible

Downloaded the latest update last night and now when I click on the app it says it's not installled it's still in my phone... .. please fix!!!!!

I really love this app. Would be 5 stars but as of right now I can't access my payees for bill pay. I love being able to pay all my bills from my phone. Now as of today I can't even log in. Will change to 5 stars when the problem is fixed.

Worked one time and now cant get online. Called and they said the online banking is down. FOR 2 DAYS...?? Ive been a customer for 30 years....starting to consider going to Ally bank where online is NEVER a problem.

It won't let me deposit most checks because it says the back of the check is too dark even when it is clearly light enough. Ridiculous.

Now all it says is login failed or connection error
