HOW TO USE THE APP
Simply download the app and follow the on-screen instructions to link the app with your eccount. You’ll need to have the following details handy:
•Your 8 digit eccount number
•Your eccount password
•Your date of birth
Your eccount password was created during your application. If you have forgotten your password please contact eccount money customer care (http://www.eccount.com).
Once you have linked your app with your eccount, each time you log in you will only have to enter your password to access your eccount and card account.

PLEASE NOTE
You need to have an active eccount money current account with a valid eccount money VISA card. You will not be able to use the eccount money mobile app if you have not got an 8 digit eccount number or if you have an eccount money current account with a MasterCard card*.
*Existing eccount money MasterCard cardholders can upgrade their eccount by calling eccount money customer care.
The eccount money mobile app is only available to download for customers located in the UK.

App is ideal for me as I'm not always at my pc to transfer money to my card. Plus it saves me 10p on texting a transfer through, was costing me loads on my phonebill as logging into the website on my phone took too long. This app does everything I need

I have the same problem as Daniel, my a/c no has 9 digits and will not fit. Come on Tuxedo.... Just found out it only works with 8 digit Visa cards and not with 9 digit Master cards Brill..

I have a Tuxedo account. Downloaded this App and can't even register it as the account number is 9 digits long but one van only enter 8 digits which means registration is wholly impossible. Back to the drawing hoard with a new programmer, I suggest.

Kevin and Daniel. Tuxedo changed to Visa from MasterCard you need to contact eccount and get them to change the card etc..... they do explain this on the eccount website. Apart from that app is excellent....

Won't accept 9 digit account numbers or Mastercards.

Well..I don't have the 9 digit problem..mine is this.. the app refuses to accept my date of birth on my note 3.. it works successfully on my tablet..but I don't tend to carry that around with me..so it's as much use as a chocolate teapot..
