This app allows you to encode a binary file from your device, but requires you to use the encryption feature as well. I just want to base 64 encode a binary file to let it pass through email filters, then be able to easily decode it on the receiving system. 4 stars though because this is the only app I found that will work with files instead of making you paste input into a text box.
