ศูนย์วิจัยวิทยาลัยการบริหารและจัดการ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ร่วมกับบริษัท 168 เอ็ดดูเคชั่น จำกัด ทำการวิจัยพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนไทยในด้านวิชาการขึ้นเพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ "ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้" ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษาให้กับเด็กไทย ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ให้เด็กไทยทุกคนเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้อย่างเสมอภาคกัน โดยระบบจะประกอบไปด้วย 5 ส่วนสำคัญดังนี้
1.Tutor Online@Home
เป็นระบบที่รวบรวมวีดีโอการสอนของอาจารย์และ tutor มากมาย เสมือนมี่สถาบันกวดวิชามากกว่า 10 สถาบัน อยู่ที่บ้าน
2.Self Access Learning@Home
เป็นระบบการเรียนด้วยตเองตามโมเดลของมหาวิทยาลัย HARWARD คือการเรียนรู้ตามแผนการสอนที่เป็นการเรียนแบบ Digital Content ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้มากกว่า 180 รายวิชา
3.ระบบสอนสด Online@Home
เป็นระบบที่เรียนผ่าน TV INTERNET จำนวน 12 ช่อง ตั้งแต่ระดับชั้น ป.1 - ม.6
4.Mentoring Online@Home
การให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านวิชาการ เทคนิคการเรียนรู้และแนะแนวการศึกษาให้นักเรียนทุกวันระหว่างเวลา 19.30 - 21.30 น.ผ่านทาง Social Media
5.ระบบกิจกรรม ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้@Home
เป็นระบบเครื่องมือของครูในการจัดกิจกรรม ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้ ที่สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรของ สพฐ.
