As of Sunday Nov 20th the app has ceased to function...wth.??? Worked great , never had any issues until now

Does not permit updating wi-fi settings! Camera totally useless since upgrading modem.

App constantly freezes up.

45 minutes...thats all the use I got out of this app before it started crashing repeatedly after trying to view video. App was installed on Samsung Galaxy S8. More stability viewing in a browser window like I always do, so I'm uninstalling.

The absolute worst camera to buy. I have 4 of them. The cameras work, but there is no software to run them. They do not record for security. They are nothing but paper weights. When I contacted x10 support they just told me to return them. No refund for shipping and restocking fee. Stay away trust me.

App don't work, new app sucks too can't set up my xx60a

Bad app. It used up 500 mb of cell phone data in 4 hours and I wasn't even watching the camera! I was at home and connected to my wifi so why does it use the cell carrier data? I do not recommend using this app, once you connect to the camera the only way to stop the connection is to uninstall the app.

Worked flawlessly for almost a year now. I REALLY like the scan the QR code as before it was a real chore to configure the router and camera. Mostly it was just a local ability to view unless you did extraordinary configuring. Now, just plug camera into router, scan QR, unplug camera and look at your camera from wherever you are.

This APP run's like a Drunken Sailor. And I should know.

The picture quality is superb, however many times you will get distortions due to decompression. I use a Galaxy S6 Edge and there is a damning bug when using motion detection. Here's what I sent to X10: WHEN MOTION DETECTION IS TURNED ON: A system error message: "Application exception, Please restart app" appears when the camera detects a change and the app quits. To prevent this, either the camera lens must be completely blocked or power removed. Reinstalling power does not change condition. Motion Detect must be disabled. When in CAMERA SETTINGS another message may briefly appear saying something like: "no camera,add camera." then all settings go blank. It appears it kicked me out of my camera selection. Then the other message will appear and the app quits. Another major gripe is how the app changes due to the orientation of the camera: 1) Listening and Speaking is only available when the phone is held in the vertical (portrait) position. 2) When enabled in the vertical position, it turns off when the phone is changed to the horizontal (Landscape) position. 3) In the Landscape position, you can't nudge the camera; all motion is in large steps.

I assume "UID" is the user ID. Not sure why it must be 20 character long. I have already deployed my cameras for 2 years with a shorter username. Not going to service/hook up to each one of them to re-do them just because of this app. IP Cam Viewer Basic works just fine for me. No stars for you, today!!

Are you kidding me?  My monthly phone plan renewed on 2/6. I just installed this app and used it for the first time yesterday. It immediately gobbled over 2 gigabytes of data overnight in the background. Now I have 26 days of my monthly plan remaining and ZERO high speed data remaining! Argh. If you install this app, immediately turn off background data.

Cannot even add the cameras, scan the qr code and it still wants the UID. totally pointless and now removed.

No option to manually input the camera info. Asking for uid, just want to put in ip address and go. Too idiot simple. I have older camera without qr code. Cant just input info. Deleted. Use ipcam viewer lite, much better.

Produces video. Very hard to look in an exact location swiping the screen. Most importantly, the app crashes every time I turn on the mic to listen through the camera.

this app is poor when compared to many other offerings out there but if in order to get access to audio on the newer HD cameras its the only option - im done with x10 .. again

4 hrs wasted time

I don't know what everybody is complaining about I have to Aerosoft cameras on this app everything's working OK a glitch here and there but no major problems for those of you who receive this camera and have a blurry picture turn lens to focus works great clear as a bell picture I am up in this to a five star review after playing with this camera I find it's awesome I have no problems I do plan on buying 6 more I just scan reboot unplug camera plug it back in reboot again no problem adding camera no problem

This is the third or fourth item I've 4 from this company I must have brain damage I keep going back and torturing myself thinking that it is me. None of their stuff ever works stay away from this company x10

I used the app the day before the update and now it crashes when I try to view the camera. The app was OK but the movement was to coarse. It is difficult to view just where I want by dragging.
