PGA Championship 2016

I thought the US PGA, R&A etc were trying to make golf more accessible. Ha ha. With their broadcasting rights and internet access policies, the exact opposite is occurring. Here in Germany, English dart players, snooker players and the NZ rugby team are all more well known than Martin Kaymer. The reason being that you don't see golf on public television; Darts, Snooker and Rugby get wide coverage. A disgrace.

Some fans are at the course Mon-Wed except this app gives you absolutely no idea who is on course or where. Never thought I would give USGA kudos after the DJ fiasco, but their app had this info. No reason not to include this aside from the fact this app is only an afterthought without much consideration given to the fans here who get continuous reminders to download the app for up to date info. News Flash: knowing what players are on course and where they are WOULD BE considered up to date information!

I like the featured groups instead of featured holes cause you see the whole course. Video is sharp, commentary good, player stats are a click away. This app works - so why other comments are the opposite of this is a mystery.

First time the app asked me how would I like to log in, which social media. I usedTwitter, then it logged me in. I then tried to click on one of the options and it would not load, it would sit there forever. I backed out of it then it asked me again for my email address and zip code. Once I put that in the app work perfectly. I hope that helps the other people.

7/22/2016 latest update installed; does not work, get splash screen of Baltusrol, but spins and never displays anything else; can't even shut it down like normal app, have to kill it from running task list. Useless.

Very very very very crap. Simply doesn't work. Doesn't even pretend to work even for a moment. And still crap after "general bug fixes". I hope the makers of this rubbish don't get paid and the advertisers claim their money back.

Like so many other reviews, the app just doesn't load for me. It freezes on the initial splash screen after clicking the icon to launch the app and the wheel just keeps spinning.

Wow, could this app be farther behind in technology? Shot tracker info available in PGA tour app but not in Championship app? Also, only allowed 3 favorites when fantasy golf is such a big thing. Really sad planning and execution.

Only get error message if trying to watch groupings. Live broadcast directs to TNT app. Functional for scoring.

There is no update for this app, yet it won't even open. Epic fail!!!! All I wanted to do is enjoy my lunch break and watch some golf but the app would actually have to open.

Freezes and have to watch the same stupid AT&T commerical every time you want to try to get it to work. Swing and a miss...and uninstalled

Hey PGA, you already have an app that barely works. Now you have two. Plus the US Open app plus the masters app plus the Open Championship app. Each one only worth using for 4 days and each one with fewer features than the PGATOUR app.

Takes forever to load up, takes forever to load video ( if you have the patience to wait long enough to get there). Just bad.

Watched some Thursday, then error all afternoon. Today (fri.) Error playing video all day. Please fix.

This app either won't load or will freeze 95% of the time. It is presented by Samsung, and I would be embarrassed if I were them for attaching my name to it.

Won't even start after 30 mins of trying. This app just needs to work for 4 days a year ...fail

Only 3 favorites makes no sense. Crashed on me twice so far.

Another crappy app that doesn't play video. Same as the us open app. Find out who did the masters app, it is the only one I have ever got to work. Uninstalling.

Worked the day I installed it, but hasn't worked since. The start-up screen appears with the spinning circle that keeps spinning and spinning., but nothing happens. UPDATE - Giving i another try today.

Why not have unlimited favorites. App is no help for tracking fantasy teams

Horrible app. Doesn't work at all when your on the course. Just drains your battery.

When looking at player scoring turning to landscape view the app does not display anything.

Never had a problem with app and enjoy the leaderboard updates for my wagering options

Tried to login to watch live stream, just keeps cycling back to login.

Worked fine for round 1. Won't start on round 2. A lesson from The Masters App is in order.
