YouNote enables you to give each app its own unique notification ringtone so you know what needs your attentions and what doesn't without needing to turn on your phone! Include custom profiles with keywords and phrases to identify specific contacts or groups

Please note that this app can only add a separate unique notification sound, not replace the default. This is a limitation of Android and cannot be gone around. However, you may be able to mute the app's notifications sounds manually, depending on the app.
