Tata CLiQ: Online Shopping App

Make pictures clear n more. Do not capture cloth pic. In yellow background..its confusing. I am going to uninstall b cause no delivery option in aurangabad 431001. Here is every online shops delivered products succesefully. But u have no service. If ur service is start here then pls e mail me. Other wise do not disturb.

Advise people to not buy from this app because incase you need to return your product and expect your refund, then you can forget the money. I have been following up since a month for my refund and still haven't received my money. And after reading reviews here, I don't expect to get it anytime soon.

Return Policy is the worst thing in Tata CLIQ. I returned the product almost 2 months back. Sent a bulk of query mails about the refund of money for the product i returned. They always give a reply that it's in process, but didn't refund my money. I never faced this kind of worst experience in any other e-commerce websites.

Very worst service... This was my first and last shopping from tatacliq.. They sent me defect product.. I have applied for return... Bt no responce from their side... They use to say reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 working days.. Bt it almost going to 10 days.. Hated this website... Completely frustrated.. If there will be 0 star than i wil give it zero

Actually, I don't want to give less than three stars for a TATA venture. But highly disappointed with my order with Westside. Half of my order were cancelled automatically, or by the seller as quoted by customer service representative. Probably they do not update the availability in the app in a real time basis. Needs improvement. Even after me getting mail of cancelled orders, they weren't updated in the app. After all this, I still do not know the fate of one item in my order.

The app kept hanging several times - maybe server support isn't that good? Also, product descriptions could be more informative along with right sizing descriptions. Payment process was easy and not cumbersome.

Worst experience. Rs. 23000 blocked for more than 45 days. Not giving the product nor the money. Telling it will cancel automatically. Really fed up. God bless Tata cliq.

Nice app. There are indeed greater e commerce apps but never seen such a decent and tidy app. No fake deal, no terrible discount's which crash your app, no low quality products. Thank you for a great experience.

Very poor app. At times the fonts are too small to be legible. Pathetic layout as well. You need to learn from Amazon and Flipkart. Just try their apps and then check yours!

Delivery issues... like Amazon prime delivered with in 1 to 2 days in metro cities so kindly I request you resolve this issue. & You deliver within 2 to 3 days

Superb shopping experience. But while updating address if we want to minimize the keyboard it will goes back completely. All the address which we typed will be gone again we have to edit from the beginning.

Very bad service which sellers provide attractive tbe times of delivery. No tracking properly, every time we have to call customer service. Very bad experience

U r showing in whirlpool split ac 3D maximum discount. But I want to buy then ur not given. I used all 4 metro city ( delhi. Mumbai. Chennai. Kolkata). And my home Jaipur also .. ur all air conditioner which given maximum discount then you are not given only showing discount

Dont go with the name of legend brand TATA, Discount shows by the app but when we go for purchase, it disappear. Not good go for flipkart or amazon guys dont waste your time.

Worst return policy. My money not refunded after 7 months even after reminding them through all ways. Don't buy from them. Already mailed, tweet, called. Never going to shop

I have very bad experience, All products are faulty, duplicate, also un honesty n cheaters in Tatacliq. Even return n refund policy also worst, Tatacliq don't have return service from where they delivered the product, while I returned the product by DTDC courier and paid ₹170 but I got the only product amount i.e. ₹929 only while they have to refund me ₹929 + ₹170 = ₹1099 for total amount. Please shut down your organization forever yet I am going to boycott Tatacliq forever.

The app is not user friendly.Also most of the time size chart is unavailable .Kids section unavailable

App is quite good but some items are not deliverable at my desired locations i.e, South Mumbai. Even it is not available at any other Mumbai locations. Also needs a bit of improvement in range of products compared to other online apps.

Have ordered for watch but after deducting the amount msg recd your product was out of stock. Above all refund will be processed in 12 to 13 working days. Shock on to hear from such a brand like TATA.....

I would give it a 5 * rating for being from the TATA stable. That's the trust I have. I am sure that after using Cliq I would have only good things to say.

The app has a fresh feel. Very happy to see most products here. But not yet purchased as I think there r some issues with the cancellation and refund policy as is evident from the feedbacks.

bad service ..always delayed and cancel order and only one reason STOCK NOT AVAILABLE.ATthe tym.of purchase they show stock available after that they cancel.....

I'm writing this review on behalf of one of my friend. She bought a footwear from Tata CLiQ, order was in process for 3 days so she has cancelled the order. It again took them another 3 days to cancel the order and they sent her a message that order has been cancelled, refund amount will be credited to the respective account in 10-15. I mean seriously 10-15 days ?? Which age are you living in TATA? In fuckups, it has beaten all the ecoms.
