Star Tour har byttet navn til TUI og i den nye appen (tidligere ” Min ferie”) finner du alt du trenger å vite før og under reisen.

Det er i TUI-appen du drømmer, planlegger og bestiller reisen. Du får tips til utflukter, restauranter og strender. Når ferien begynner å nærme seg følger du nedtellingen minutt for minutt og kan sjekke vær og flytider. Samt ikke minst stille spørsmål til guidene på ditt reisemål og får svar med en gang.

Dekker hele ferieopplevelse:
• Spør guidene, under selve reisen lover vi svar innen 30 minutter
• Nedtelling minutt for minutt til du endelig er på vei
• Været på reisemålet
• Flyinformasjon
• Mulighet for å bestille taxfree
• Bestill sitteplass på flyet
• Informasjon om hotellet ditt
• Last ned ferieguiden for ditt reisemål
• Bestill utflukter
• Søk og bestill blant hundrevis av reisemål og se hotell, filmer, fakta, og tips fra andre reisende.

Det meste er tilgjengelig selv om du er offline. Men du må være tilkoblet for å se blant annet værprognose eller bestille taxfree.

For å logge inn behøver du:
• Bestillingsnummer
• E-post eller telefonnummer du oppga ved bestilling

Inntil videre fungerer ikke appen for:
• Uspesifiserte reiser
• Gruppebestillinger
• Visse andre spesialbestillinger

It is in TUI app you dreaming, planning and booking your trip. You get tips for excursions, restaurants and beaches. When the holiday begins to approach follow the countdown to the minute and can check weather and flight times. And of course ask questions of the guides on your destination and get an answer right away.

Most are available even if you are offline. But you have to be online to see including weather trend or order duty.

To log in you need:
• Order number
• E-mail or phone number you provided with your order

Until then do not work app:

• Group Bookings
• Certain other special orders
