Estoy realmente muy conforme. Soy usuario de telefonía móvil Tuenti en Argentina y esta aplicación me permite acceder rápidamente a toda la información de mi cuenta sin necesidad de visitar la web con un navegador. Puedo consultar en detalle mis créditos y el historial de llamadas y consumos, además de realizar fácilmente recargas de mi línea. La instalé en mi tablet sin chip y si tengo WiFi, usando Voz Digital, ahora puedo realizar llamadas telefónicas desde mi línea y que queden grabadas por si me hiciese falta escucharlas posteriormente. Además, con el beneficio de Zerolímites puedo seguir usando la línea aunque me haya quedado sin crédito. Excelente.

La parte de mi info del pack anda mal. Se tarda años en cargarse o directamente me dice que no tengo ningún pago activo. (Lo que no es cierto, porque ayer se me cargó el pack mes). No podes confiar en la app. Y a veces cuando quiero hacer llamadas de voz digital me dice que la App no tiene conexión a internet, pero llamo por WhatsApp y funciona perfecto.

Esta App no sirve para recibir SMS a través del WiFi, lo cual sería ideal para recibir el SMS de verificación de WhatsApp estando en otro país. Si es que está disponible expliquen acá mismo como acceder a la función. No me pidan que me contacte por mail. Tampoco funciona la recarga mediante datos si no se tiene un plan activo. Gran falla.

Es una Mierda! no perdón, es una Gran Mierda! no deja llamar con tus minutos de voz digital, no deja llamar desde el ordenador usando la misma app y tu crédito, se detiene en cualquier momento cuando la quieres usar, si la tengo en la tablet y el móvil, cuando contesto uno sigue sonando el otro, he avisado de estos errores varias veces y "siguen trabajando en ello". La app es lenta, no siempre se puede acceder a la agenda-historial-etc. MAL, MAL, MAL! ps. otra cosa que pasa seguido es que no tengo conección. debería funcionar en 4g pero ya van muchas veces que no tiene nada de señal. me han respondido que una vez más les escriba dando todos mis datos y especificaciones de todo bla bla bla.

Tenía Tuenti (la red social) hace años pero ni la utilicé, ahora que es de telefonía española quiero eliminar mi cuenta pero no me deja hacer nada porque no soy cliente -.- tengo iniciada la sesión desde el celular ya que si me meto a tuenti del navegador me redirige a la página de Movistar (telefonía a la que tampoco pertenezco) quedó mi cuenta sin poderle hacer nada!

I like the app and the idea, keep working to make it better, i love the concept and the innovation. Tiene un bug muy grande con la agenda. Cuando sincronicé la agenda de esta app, en la app "contactos" que viene en cualquier android, se "unieron" los contactos mal. Por ejemplo en la app contactos tenía agendada a "Carla", sin embargo cuando entraba a editar al contacto se habia importado desde tuenti el numero del siguiente contacto de la lista. Por lo tanto en las app de mensajeria en vez de aparecer "Carla" aparecia "Carlos". Tuve q borrar toda la agenda y volver a agendar de 0. Arreglen eso urgente.
