Bienvenido a la aplicación de OICA (Oficiales Investigadores de Crueldad de Animales) ante todo es importante mencionar que NO somos policías. Somos una organización sin fines de lucro, 501 c3 que estamos certificados como Investigadores de Crueldad de Animales por el Care Devolopment Institute del Estado de New Jersey y abalado por el Departamento de Salud de Puerto Rico y nuestro número de registro como entidad es: 317806.

Queremos hacer un cambio en cuanto a la visión hacia el trato de los animales. Todos los animales tienen derechos, en particular a la existencia, respeto, atención, cuidados y protección por parte del ser humano. Ellos tienen una Ley que los protege es la Ley #154 del 4 agosto de 2008; Ley para el Bienestar y Protección de los Animales.
