Paid for a smart band Tw64, this is the app suggested. Will not connect. Conned out of my money.

I purchased the wristband and the instructions state to use this app. It does not stay paired with the bracelet. Not all the features work. And now I'm compelled to throw this junk away! What a waste of money! Should've known...should've bought a fitbit.

Could not get wristband to sync after pairing to cell phone.Tells me to pair device in order to add target info,but no sync button shows on screen to send data to watch. I'm no IT mastermind but have never had any problems with using anything else. No instructions or help number to call. Now I know why.

There is an error in the conversion from steps to km or more in the way the data is displayed for example I did 2122 steps and its showing that I did 32.152 km insteadd of 3.2125 km

Really like the fitness bracelet. Works great and comfortable. I just wish it would sync. It stays connected, but it doesn't track the information from the device to my phone. Really wish they would fix that or even allow it to work with a different app. I wouldn't buy another one.

The time is confusing. It doesn't stay on time you have to upgrade and doesn't stay paired

This watch won't clear from the very beginning, won't stay stink, instructions are poor to nill, just plain piece of junk. Bought it at a flea market from my home or it would be going right back were it came from.

Will not sync, have to keep pairing device and gets annoying. Go without and buy a pedometer.

App not run in any locale except English. Run in russian locale is lead to error. Else not right work alarm. If set time one day the ring i see ewery day, and i can not to dismiss it. В общем ошибка на ошибке. Если на телефоне стоит русский язык в настройках, то приложение не запускается. Приходится переключать на английский. Будильник можно только включить, отключить его уже не получится. Шаги в километры преобразует неправильно. Вместо 50см нужно ставить 5 чтобы было похоже на правду.

Terrible camera resolution. Needs to manually connect when doing sync of data between phone and the device. Crashes very often. Need alot of improvement work.

The wristband does not stay connected. But I can get over that. Evert time I try to use the remote camera function the app closes and the wristband freezes and needs to be turned off and on. I paid for this product. Why isnt anyone fixing these issues?!

I have been trying for 2 days now to sync up my watch to my phone no luck can't get anything to work . Also don't like the fact that I can't converted from centimeters and all that other metric to regular feet inches and miles I don't like the wrist band is that it's hard to get on don't like it a little bit

1. Sleep doesn't work. 2. As I laid in bed for an additional hour thus morning it said I took 500 steps. 3. Crashes. 4. I want my money back.

Doesn't pair reliably. Doesn't synch reliably. Nothing good about it except remote camera which I don't use. Seeking a refund today.

This app has a good looking interface, and does sync with fitness tracker on a HTC Desire 510.

Not user friendly. Hard to sync. Would be nice to have standard measure. Time will not set and the time that appears is military time. Very disappointing. Any suggestions appreciated.

Not accurate with steps at all, reads in metrics, won't pair with Bluetooth because the company didn't give a pin number, and it is annoying military time. RETURNING!!!!

It needs and update so it can stay connected

App works as expected took a few goes to realise you need to pres button on wristband to enable Bluetooth connection. However Wristband Doesn't Hold a charge Won't last 4 hours.

Uninstalled and used wristband instead. Freezing and connection issues. Instructions on how to use and how to interpret data were non-existent.

App and watch does not communicate with each other accurately. Bluetooth function works for 5 minutes then turns it's self off, along with the pedometer being miles from correct. As someone with a 79 cm stride I've had to keep changing the settings, which I am now at 7 200 cm and it still records three times the amount of steps I've actually taken. Don't not use this app, or the Fitbit knockoff watch that goes with this app.

Very disappointed with the App.

Tried Moving Up and it won't work at all, so tried my bracelet with Wristband App and it works like a dream. Moving Up won't stay synced and keeps freezing after trying the remote camera.

You cant bluetooth braclet to phone so as of yet still have no results just whats on my braclet.
