Agenda

Care2App – Agenda is een handig hulpmiddel voor een verzorgende of begeleider bij het inzien van afspraken en registeren van tijd. De gebruiker heeft met deze agenda altijd inzage in hoe laat hij bij welke cliënt moet zijn. De registratie van tijd gebeurt direct bij de cliënt, de gebruiker hoeft geen onnodige registraties achteraf te doen. Ook kan de gebruiker indirecte tijd zoals reistijd en werkoverleg via deze agenda registreren.

De geregistreerde uren worden in het administratie portaal gecontroleerd op juistheid en geldigheid. Vervolgens kunnen de uren via het declaratiesysteem Care2Declare gedeclareerd worden bij verzekeraar, gemeente zorgkantoor en/of cliënt.

The user of this blog always inspect what time he should be with the client. The recording time is done directly by the client, the user need not do unnecessary registrations afterwards.
