Tata Motors Service Connect

I forgot my password, but user friendly process to reset it. The password reset mail has never delivered to registered email id. there should be an alternet process of reset password with registered mobile number. At present you deserv no star rating. Adding to previous, custimer service executiv called me and helped to fix the issue. Now I started liking this app.

I can't login my account. I clicked forgot user id link then I received email of my user id, then I clicked to forgot password link and connected to a window showing options to create new password. In that window password requirements are Uppercase, lowercase, digit, special character. Then I again tried login and app says no special character allowed.

Dear Team, I cannot see version details of my installed application. I have received version update notification, so please let me know from where I can know the version details of installed app.

Very innovative & useful App. Tata cars r always good in terms of performance & most imp is its value for mony..I own & I love Tata cars....What lacking is their after sale service...which is average..Please Improve it then nobody will stop u. Once again thanks for making such useful app..

This is an awesome application and I can see all the maintenance history of my vehicle and whatever needs to be done for good professional maintenance of the car. The cost of vehicle parts and labour charges are there and are helpful in making a rough estimate of the cost of repair and periodic maintenance. This is really Awesome ... Best Wishes to Tata Motors Team...

Great App one thing that is to be added is reminders of service as per the kms done. User can enter the kms completed and base upon the last service the app should let you know whether service is required or not.

I had issues with registering in the app however the same is resolved by the team. Overall I. Happy with tata the response is Great and driving zest is fun

It does not identifies my chasi number nor my registration number request you to help

Should add news of upcoming cars so that customers can know how the company is changing fast eg: Tata tamo many of them don't know they should reach to customers via digitally.

tata roxx.hate hundai and honda .east or west tata is the best.price worth and high performence vehicles.sports mode maks my chest 10' large when i overtake others .now tata is changing its image .

Service and Maintenance of my Car is never so easy.....

F**k Wid Da App.. After Updating It Showed Me A Hell 2 Login.. All Da Previous Service History Has Gone.. Tata Has 2 Luk Deep Into Da Issue...!

App has a lot of bugs . I can't view my service history. Always getting no data found. If i can't keep record of those things from this app then this is not worth.

Even when location setting is activated this app unable to trace my location

While registering vehicle, How do I change the linked phone number...the one its showing is very old and I want to update it to the new one.

I own Indica XETA and none of the information is updated for xeta. Discontinued model should not mean you should also stop supporting old customers.

Nice app. Registration issues resolved by Tata motors customer care. Everything regarding my vehicle in one place.

I like the app but when I check my insurance policy details in the app, no any details mentioned there like policy number etc...

Whoever designed this app is a complete idiot.
