This is the worst app for small businesses and the charge to much. They got hidden fees and monthly fee. I will get square they are more safe and secure

The biggest mistake for your buisness. So unreliable! Will make you look unprofessional. Customer service is a joke, nobody in this company knows how to work thier systems

Its not worth the headache. Hidden fees come out of nowhere. Im going back to Square for my piece of mind.

If you're looking to not make tips this is the one for you. Freezes everytime someone goes to tip.....BROKEN

Love this app. Very easy to use and track orders and transactions.

which is super disappointing. Cards get ran but my people can never get tips added on because of this. We're probably going to Square.

Crashes...manual entries, no representation.,no customer service...add fees cost more than they said. Etc

I log in and it just goes to a white screen. Nothing happens!!!

Fees way to high for the service. Withdrew $500 .. Customer canceled transaction after it had been approved, cpay held check but never deposited. Fought to get it back. Not recommended ever.

I am a delivery driver and used this on a daily basis. Ever since CPays last update, the app stopped working on my Phone completely. Its a Motorola Moto G3 with Android 6.0. The app just hangs at the login screen. I am an IT Professional and tried everything I thought may fix it. Uninstalled/Reinstalled countless times, cleared my phones system cache, etc. I even talked to CPay tech support and they were clueless as to how to fix it....

After following the setup process, I am able to accept mobile payments anywhere. There has been some really nice updates recently

My company uses this app spend a few more bucks and use square this app sucks and the log in sucks even more

Using a Note 5, quits on its own often. When it "works", it's still awful. Customer accidentally touches the switch apps button on the phone when trying to sign and you have to log back in and lose tips... happens daily.

when i try to activate it says that there is no internet connection and to try again but my cel phone does have internet connection what do I do?

They promised cheaper then square. Turned out to be 30%.way more.

They have yet to respond back to me about setting up an account is been over a month I've even emailed them back and still no response i guess they don't want my money or I'm not worth their time

Garbage. Slow. Glitches. Crashes

#1. Have to enter customers email manually, I should be able to browse and select my contacts. #2. Seriously, only 4 printers supported! #3. Have to enter user id, password and pin number every time, not just pin as it claims.Too bad I had to give it one star. Their sales rep told me I would be paying 1% for all cards, no monthly payments and never once mentioned I would have a minimum monthly processing fee. He lied and misled me! He won't even call me back. PayPal Here or Square register are way better than this!!

Hands down the best mobile pymnt apps

I deliver pizza in order to improve our shops appeal we use C pay with the mobile scanners. Customers like the convenience and it's much easier than having to call in credit card numbers. Only issue I have is that the Save button and clear button are right next to each other, having cleared a signature every once in awhile, and they are a little small for a touch screen arrangement. Another issue is that unless you completely exit out of the app there's about a 30% chance that your next scan will fail.

I have never wrote a review before but this company is horrible! Their set up process was ridiculously difficult their tech support had no idea what they where doing. The rep who set us up said no fees no cancellation fees nothing, good deal right WRONG!! They keep trying to charge us equipment fees we haven't even used it once and all these random fees keep coming! We cancelled and they are still charging us had to pay the bank to stop this company from having access to our account!!

App works fine in note 4 and android tablet. But have to watch cpay closely for bait and switch rates

Its ridiculous you have o turn ALL VOLUME UP on oder to use... otherwise is error and i will have to close out the program and reopoennit.. what kind of programing is this? Also if you make a typo and need to go back, everything erase and you will have to start typing all over. It makes you look like an intern in front of customer due to the lack of efficiency . Very inconvenient, very inefficient and very annoying. Fail app.

I used to see the total how much I made today and what I made for the past 30 days but now I can't see anything , it's 000 all time I download it again and still the same .by the way I am using android
