WiFi GSM alarm system

Works great. Only flaw is color scheme makes screens difficult to read.

Once you get it hooked up to the internet it works, there has been a few times that it don't.

Only half the app works or responds. Everything under setting times out and says FAIL. Useless if you can change setting. Tech support is a joke. Use to ail me once a day but they have stopped even responding.

I have been offline for over 2 months, have reconfigured alarm unit , router, and android phone many, many times. NO connection. Continuous OFFLINE error. When is this issue going to be addressed?

Useless allways giving false sos alarm also allways giving low battery notification even battery full and option disabled in settings

Please update for dark skin. It's hard to see stay arm/ home arm is activated.

After a month of no issues I have given this app a solid five stars. For those with connection issues. First, make sure the alarm is connected to a 2.4g connection to your router. Also, when you log in, MAKE sure you enter your phone number EXACTLY as you did when you registered. This is very important!

App is telling is offline. Tried 3 different phones. Same issue.i can see nobody get help here. After some time spent with tech department problem got fixed. Thanks. For those with problems contact service guy through Skype. They will help you!

I've tried 6 different ways and this app just will NOT connect to my otherwise fine, but without the app totally useless alarm system. No support. Canned responses barely in English. No help. Closed data so I can't even help myself. Don't waste your money on any hardware which uses this app.

The app constantly sends alerts for low battery. Even when sensors are fully charged or connected to AC power. Turning these alerts off doesn't help. Also - alerts for arm/disarm from remote control cannot be disabled.

After connect successfully, none of the App functions work. It keep saying "offline". None of the "push" notifications work. Also, if you change the default Admin password, the Wifi connect will failed with "send password timeout". Will be returning this system.

Working good so far. If you are getting offline messages, it can be related to your router's firewall settings.

Attempting to connect results in a "Fail" message. Resolved issue by reset WiFi details!

Needs a option to schedule stay arm instead of just away arm will up rating when this option is added

It's been offline for weeks. For other user that have a same problem with me, you just need to do WiFi bonding again. Now my apps it's working again

I am having no trouble in logging into the servers and my alarm system. I can amend all my contacts and pir zones which is great. I get messages wherever I am with the WiFi system (I have not put a sim card in) I am having loads of trouble with the system it's self but that's not the Apps fault. I cannot get the outside alarm to pair with the system and another is on the way. The door contacts have very limited range and are basically rubbish.

Rating back to 1 star, it broke again with their last update on 4/25/16 and no longer runs on my LGE LG-H343 'Risio' running Android 6 w/latest updates as of 5/9/16. - these guys seem to have issues with this app running on any model of LGE running any level of Android. In fact I would also avoid the alarm hardware it supports as I've had constant issues with it.

Its been offline for a week, even after update...which means...NO ALARM!!!!!

Worked 1st week good but after time...Allways showing offline ...but the panel is connected with wifi showing the icons...wher to get a help ???

This app works well for arming or disarming the alarm while away from home. The home automation part would be much better if a schedule could be set for each device to turn it on and off at set times.

I bought this alarm system. App control does not work with my Galaxy Noe 3 Phone. Alarm goes off for no reason. Not very happy with performance App needs a lot of upgrades..

How i can make hard reset on this alarm? Wifi error not connecting after restore factory settings :( always wifi bonding fail :(((( can anyone help me? do i have to remove the sim card?

Crude thoughtless development, I even offered to fix the app, bit there source code is to valuable to them lol. Don't buy this garbage! I wish I never did

Nice application for gs-g90b alarm system, but I have to complain about false alarms from app. I always getting arm disarm info from somebody's account. Develeoper need to fix this. A few time I received alarm sound from app in the middle of night again it was not my ID. PLEASE fix this server problems.

It use to work fine. I use to love the layout and ease. But now after the last update in Nov 2015, it will not let me log in. So now I paid good money for a useless alarm, that will not notice me. PLEASE FIX!

Everything works the only issue i have is the notifications i also have a problem with the smoke ditector and they are replacing it i just what to let yall no they are working on it right now they are having some issues i been e mailing back and foward maye sofware problems.

I bought this Alarm almost a month ago every day after that I've been on the phone on skype I should say with a technician in China where the server is that controls your alarm they are trying to get it to work correctly hopefully they will get it right Chinese are pretty good when it comes to internet and programming for those of you who read this that have posted previously having problems logging in you need to get on skype or call the seller that you bought it from for them to connect with manufacturer
