I like it. It's like 'Flux for my phone. All me electrical devices have similar night time settings, my tv I did manually. The concept is scientific. I even have a few low watt orange lights in my house for that last hour before bedtime. Makes a difference. Promotes good sleep hygiene. I disable during the day to save energy and turn it on when I'm close to sleepy time.
