A web socket chat application supporting Moodle 2.6 -> Moodle 2.7.

This chat application depends on a third party Moodle Instance. The Moodle administrator will have to provide web service tokens to allow the application connect to Moodle.

The Moodle instance this application is configured to communicate with should also have the Moodle mCommunity plugins installed and configured.
