Try Meme!

Try Meme! lets you participate in the social phenomenon known as 'memes'. Simply select a background image from our fresh supply and add some text to the top and bottom of the image. Swipe the background images to see how other people have used this meme before. Don't worry, we don't display your meme texts to other users, but you can share an image version of your creation via the 'Share' button.

Unlike those other meme apps, Try Meme! doesn't require an app update to receive new backgrounds. Instead get new memes daily via the 'Refresh' menu. Search for a background, or simply scroll the list to find a background. After adding a top and bottom text, the Share button lets you text, email, or upload it another app. Try Meme takes great care in storing image data on your phone and using internet data only when you press the 'Refresh' menu item.
