TrustYou, the world’s largest guest feedback platform, introduces TrustYou Radar. This app allows hoteliers to engage with travelers and manage reviews while on the go. It provides real-time notifications of all new guest reviews and social media posts so that you can respond directly from the app, share your favorite social media posts with your own network, analyze how you stack up against the competition, and more.

What's New in Version 4.0

We have brought Impact Scores to mobile! The Dashboard’s “Performance” tile now displays your hotel’s top three positive and negative impact scores. These scores tell you which complaints or praises have the greatest impact on your review scores!

Manage the reputation for more than just one hotel? In TrustYou Radar 4.0, you can view and manage the online reputation of multiple hotels, all in the same interface. TrustYou Analytics Enterprise license required.
