Premium Mobile Antivirus App

You messed up this app with the first update on 04/25/2017 and then updated it later again that day which didn't fix it either. It sticks on a white screen on start up and then crashes, probably a buffer overflow because you don't care about us Pro users anymore. A clean install doesn't correct this issue! I see from other reviewers there's other people having the same issue. I'm glad that I save the old .apk files because I'm using the one prior to these bad 2. I recommend people always backup old .apk files before leaping on new updates. Anyone who updated to either one of these newer files has ZERO protection now because the app doesn't work. Since it appears you no longer want to support this app correctly. You should refund everyones $19.95 and we'll take our business elsewhere to a company who values their paying customers. I know you changed your payment options to your free version and now it seems as though you want to kick us to the curb because we no longer fit with your new payment structure!

They have abandoned this app and ignore any attempts at refunds=CROOKS

This app ha stopped working over s week. I think I bought it and perhaps there are no more customers.

It will not work when you're infected by something malicious, and if I could put a screenshot I'd prove it, I don't think trustlook cares about its clients at all, nor do they care about the fact that they cannot see the infection within my phone due to the fact that the infection is preventing the app, and most likely many other people's apps, from working...

App was working good till newest update now it won't even open and i payed $20for this app this is bs

The developer has apparently abandoned the premium version of this app. The free version has been updated 2 times without the updates being pushed to this version. Don't waste your money. Use ESET instead.

Very helpful people at Trustlook gave me premium version free when I sent feedback. Minor criticism is that it sometimes classes innocuous sites as malicious, though the premium version is less guilty of this. Recommended.

Update to fix av issue now has the damn program sit at a white screen that says just Update. Uninstall and reinstall last two times to fix not acceptable.

This last update made the app unusable...initalizing scan spun for hours...i cant have no protection...it was awesome until last update so i must move on...sorry!

This app is great and easy to use but it'd be nice if they had a scheduled scan feature. I would love to know what anti-virus engine is being used to keep me protected.

I noticed every time I make a call from my contacts, why does your app want me to back up every call I Make or receive I get a notification to back it up .this doesn't make any sense if my contacts are backed up .can this be fixed please.

A damned good app for any Android !!!

Used on a Galaxy Note 5 running 5.1.1 and Galaxy View 18.4" Tablet running 5.1.1 works on the tablet just has a small user window. I've used this app since its original free version release. I like all the features, ease of use and protection it provides my Android devices. To show my appreciation for all of your hard work and to support the devs of the Trustlook AV app I purchased the ad free Pro version. Keep up the great work

Have used trustlook free for a long time until discovered this pro version. Seems the dev team add a lot more useful features and looks better than the free version. Love it! As long as it keeps my mobile safe and functional I have no problem with it. Keep up the good work!

No ads! Used Trustlook free version since 2 years ago. Love all of it except the ads, although it has much less ads than other antivirus apps. This pro version rocks! Everything comes out neat and clean. No more useless information. Buy it to support the developers. Thanks for keeping my phone safe and clean!!!

Really like this app! Does everything it says it can do. Yes, I paid for it as I grow weary of all the ads. But as I used a Google play gift card, No money out of my pocket!
