Not easy to use. My iPad wouldn't upload the photo. Android works but not easy to use. If you except the order before you finish they won't amend order and take your money.

This app is ok. When i uploaded pics i often found some were missing. Bit akward to use and frustrating when u upload atlot of pics then there not in the files u ceated.

I uploaded a lot of photos. It took a little time, but not as long as it has taken me in the past. Easy to navigate and was great to use.

Really disliked this app. A total waste of time to use. Got to payment and it would not accept my postcode. Tried multiple times. Very frustrating.

Can't crop photos, my photos are too big.

Found it a bit difficult to use at first.

The app is great and easy to use. It would be nice if we could enlarge or shrink photos to fit

I would love to be able to edit my images and such maybe you could add this sort of photo editing features.

I've reinstalled this app and when I have gone to upload my phone photos to an album, it's only showing a select few photos. See on the photos above where it says 'browse your photos in smart clusters'? That's where only a very few photos actually load. Are you able to advise/help please TruPrint?? I've restarted my phone. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. Neither have made any difference. I have bought from TruPrint MANY times in the past and would definitely recommend using it, particularly through Wowcher or LivingSocial when they have offers on! Or Snapfish. Same company, same great quality photos and quick delivery! And cheaper delivery than free prints

Uploaded 107 photos to print and 71 had head cut off and many were blurry. No option to crop photos. Tried to phone for refund and was told to email with examples of dodgy photos. That was days ago and they haven't even acknowledged my email let alone responded. Starting to think the whole process is computerised and there are no actual people there to deal with issues. Not happy in the slightest.

Not easy to use. Had to keep reloading pics and orders came back as failed. Then reloaded again and got charged for two orders! Good job didnt try anymore times. Had to cancel order on internet browser as app wouldnt let me. Wont be purchasing again from truprint.

It's not exactly intuitive and somewhat limited from where you can upload your photos....why no Google photos?!! However I did manage to upload the photos that I wanted and place an order.Useful enough but needs some improvement.

Nice and easy process, select the photos from your phone, select the type,size and finish and enter your details! Took me 20mins tops for 100+ photos. 4 stars because I need to actually see them first when they're delivered!

Err....the app is difficult to use. I was unsure if my photos had uploaded. I couldn't edit my photos or if you can I don't know how. I just feel it is very basic.

I always used truprint when u sent the good old film rolls and they were fantastic. Got a deal to print of my digital photos - OMG this app is terrible, went through all my photos, all 300 uploaded and it only uploaded 1 photo, it would only uploaded 1 at a time, very difficult site, think will give 1 more go and if not just Bluetooth to a !machine in supermarket and print there and cut my losses on PREpaid deal! Terrible site

Lost a star since Truprint stopped doing wallet sized photos last year, these were ideal and such a shame you don't do these anymore. Create app, easy to use and convenient to upload straight from my phone.

Love the app. Very easy to use but in terms of price, dearer than the machines in Boots which usually don't work. I guess you get what you pay for !

Wanted to use a voucher kept saying didn't work, thort move to next page might be on there Nope I have just paid 36.99 for photos that should of cost me 3quid

absolutely awful app. avoid!!! spent over an hour cropping 499 photos for it to not work. gave it the benefit of the doubt and spent that much time doing them all again for them to not work. terrible

Has is moments and can be difficult at times but you can print photos and have them posted to you.

Brill app! Easy to use! Just select photo, size and print! Took me 45 mins to upload and edit 300 photos!

Have used this three times and had no problems. Photos are of excellent quality. Ordered 2 canvas photos today and I'll update this once they arrive but I my hopes are high for excellent quality canvas pics and I don't think I'll be disappointed. Thank you Truprint for your excellent service so far.

Took several attempts to get photos ordered and when i finally got some ordered i will have to make another order as truprint would not allow me to make my full order the first time!!

Crashed twice, then kept duplicating the same order. Slow, took ages to complete order. Will stick to freeprints in furtue

A little confusing ...have used website previously and found website easier. But I will persevere ☺

Great for uploading prints and getting better. Still very limited for majority of other products which is a great shame.

Awful ...that's being kind ..took hr to upload 30 pics ..half failed ..really rubbish ..for a big firm like this to be so bad is amazing..really don't waste time

Really difficult to use, hard to order multiple prints. Nowhere near desktop site.
