Trunk Club for Android
This is a ripe off. They charge 25$ for a styling fee. If you don't looo one anything and send it all back, you lose the 25$. If you find something you like you can apply it towards that item. It's a joke.. They send items I say I don't l like. They send wrong s sizes..
5 stars for the service. 4 for the app. Would like the ability to modify the outfit suggestions. I would like to be able to delete the ones I didn't buy or that didn't work and to flag my favorites for quick reference on busy mornings.
LOVE this svc. My stylist, Monica, has been amazing. She really got my style. LOVED my 1st trunk. Packaging is done in such a way that any returns are done using the box your items were shipped to you in. Everything you need from the return label to the tape to close the box is included. Free UPS pickup that you can schedule if you'd like or you can drop it off at a UPS store too.
Really enjoy my stylist and her finds! App could use a little improvement, like schedule pickup between 6am and 8pm but don't leave it unattended? Lol really?
I do not have the option to to set up a trunk schedule. It is apparently on the left side with the menu, however it is not. Once that option is available I will submit a higher rating.

Took way to long to get even a preview of a trunk. Simply bad service. The stylist would take about 5 minutes between each message. Dont recommend unless you have amazing patience with thier stylist.
I love mail order subscriptions. They are convenient in my busy world. When I first signed up they responded right away! Very friendly, very nice....then they got payment and all communication stopped for 2 days. Nothing until i got a surprise trunk to review in which nothing was my style. I pretty much rejected everything and she sent another. By the conversation she wasn't happy or patient and she didn't even explain anything to me a first time user of this particular service. The second trunk I rejected most of it too and at that point she sent it anyway. I was very specific about my likes and dislikes and my sizes also, why I didn't't like something. I never hit a phone call like some claim. The clothes were hideous! Very cheaply made and had very pricy tags on them. I sent it all back and requested another stylist thinking it may have just been my current stylist. No biggie so I try again. Same treatment, same clothes and this time I didn't even get a second review before she sent my trunk. The trunk came and I was very disappointed. Nothing i asked for, everything was bland or not in season, no color I was so disappointed. For this being a "Nordstrom " co and for the prices they charge you would think that the quality would at least be nice.....but no. I decided not order again. Your not treated nicely and they could care less about what style you like. I found the process stressful, I felt like I had to like things i didn't, it wasn't fun like expected. I do however love my stitch fix they get my style, even though I don't get to talk to my stylist which is why I thought Trunk club was going to be better....it wasn't

I tried trunk club on a whim. My stylist called the next morning. We spoke about my style and what I was looking for. She pulled some pieces, I then chose items from that group to try on, then sent back what didn't fit or wasn't my stlye. It is pricey but these are high end items. Shipping is free both ways reguardless of if you buy anything. They even schedule a UPS pick up for you. I got a few items I didn't know I needed and I'm quite happy with the new additions. I can't wait to order again!
Chatted with Jade today and I'm really excited to get my first trunk. I don't like shopping for clothes mainly because I completely lack any sense of style so this is great!
When I tried to order the trunk, I put in my address and payment information, then clicked next to order the trunk. The screen went blank and gave me an error message and said try again so I tried again. After going through the process again and receiving the same error message I gave up. I assumed that I would not be charged since on my end it said that it had not gone through and all of a sudden I have the $25 charge. Stylist still hasn't responded although she was very helpful prior to this incident.
No stylist available just sales person, misrepresentation.

Just tried them out for the first time. I didn't expect to buy anything but once I tried on the clothes, I really liked them. I bought a couple of items. Good job guys.
Pros: Great app, nice clothes, very professional stylist, fast shipping in a nice box. Cons: not enough clothes options / sizes, don't get the styles you're looking for, clothes are pricey, getting hold of the stylist is difficult

Now I'm not the nicest nor the most patient person, when it comes to customer service, as I work in the service industry myself and make it a huge point to be PUNCTUAL and ON TIME with any and all services available. The app states that my stylist "Kristin" would be in contact with me within a 48 hour period of me messaging her. She was not. Now let's ignore the fact that I have to press back multiple times to get home. The fact is that the service is horrible. That alone makes this a waste of my time.
That said most are super expensive because of that is the only issue, maybe if they made a student or lower price option it would increase customers.

App is buggy. In-app camera is photographing upside down, and cannot upload photos (app freezes at the point of allowing device access).

My stylist is amazing. I requested my first trunk and loved every item she sent me. I wish the clothes were a little more affordable so I could keep more items or request trunks more often (reason for 4 stars instead of 5). But I will definitely be using this service on occasion.

It's a shopping site that doesn't really give you much to choose from, you pick styles and looks not specific items. True you can request certain items but if all you want to do is click, pick, and send them you will find this app slow. Good effort just a bit off the target.

I think this is a great idea. Designer clothing to my door, quickly. Tracking information would be nice. I received an email stating that my Trunk was delivered but I am home and there is no package. Contacted Trunk Club a bit ago. Hopefully they can help EDIT: The Reps at TC were very quick in helping start an investigation with UPS. Thank you TC!!!

Great way to shop Nordstroms without having to step foot in the store. The more feedback you leave the stylist the better! Annie is the best though, hope youre lucky enough to get her as a stylist. Have fun with your wardrobe everyone!
