I can see who is at my station. Who is on scene and know how long till my brother FF get to the call. It's got a few lags but good for what it's used for.

Does not work with Samsung galaxy-S, T-mobile worst app don't use or down load.

Solid service, outstanding support

Works great for a week or so and then it stops alerting. Have to reinstall each time. Also, can we keep the screen from changing aspects?(flipping sideways) It makes it hard to use. And how about creating a widget that you can click reaponding on and scrolls the most recent alarm data and shows what your status is. (in station, responding etc.) Having to open the app is a time waster and unneccesary. I can make you a beta widget if you want.

Texts are annoying

A major change I'd like to see is that there is an option to override you phone notification volume. Because there are times I have my volume down, but would like to know if we have a call.

Great system that is always getting needed updates to make it even better.

Some bugs with mapping but is a great tool for first arriving units. Hydrant locations and preplans can be added by user.

Chuck always answers the phone when I have an issue or question. Love the service and especially the new preplans!

The idea is good. However it is really slow and clunky on my HTC One and when I change tabs the whole app flashes white while it loads the next page. When it is updated and smoother I will probably reinstall.

Apparently, my app has stopped sending me alerts/notifications and i cannot figure out why. Manually accessing the app updates the alarms/messages. i can't figure out why it's no longer notifying automatically, and no my number doesn't have a "1" in it. I have all of the notifications set to "silent", if that's key. Anyone.....?

If your Emergency Services organization has members responding from different areas this is a must have for your department. Provides real-time response ETA, status and mapping for your members as they are responding. Technical support, trouble shooting and customer service are second to none.

On the way to a 5 star app. Hold backs, 1- takes a while load to view the alarm, 2- a call counter would put this app over the top. Total alarms and a user entered responded to or missed call. This would be helpful for tracking losop and the like.

This app goes above and beyond what you would expect. Now you don't have to call in for your response. Everyone should have this app. I've had it for a week now and it makes things so much easier and works great with your maps.

Always good to see the future of the fire service in the palm of your hands. From seeing who's coming to the station, to the nearest hydrant locations, this app is wonderful! Great job by all developers! Passed this app and Spotted Dog Tech to several others in the fire service.

My previous comment "So far this doesn't work for me at all!" no longer applies, the developer contacted me with a solution to why it was not working for me and that fixed the problem! I use T-Mobile and the phone automatically places a "1" in front of my number, I erased the "1" and just have my area code and phone number so this was my problem! As a chief officer, this app provides me with invaluable info while enroute to a call. With a quick glance, I know who, and how many, are responding. Knowledge of the resources available assists with size up and appropriate course(s) of action.

Great strides being made on this app - have had it just over a week now, and have seen force closes fixed, as well as addition of navigation option from map - a great bonus, especially when we respond out of our primary district. Another request - can we get an option to nix the splash screen? On my phone, the dog is tall, and on the tablet he's quite wide (think bassett hound), but when I open the app, I don't want to wait for the puppy, can we have the option to not have him?

With mapping, pre-plans, hydrant locations and much more the Spotted Dog ROVER service and app are great. Even in beta, the app has a lot of promise!
