There is a whole bunch of fraudulent listings. They tell you they moved out of state and to send the deposit and they will mail you the keys, but when I try to report it to Trulia, it always says cannot submit your report right now. Very frustrating.

What happened to all of the listings that were showing up before, even the ones I have saved? Hardly anything is on the map anymore after this update. I don't get it. Also, please add in the feature to let me hide the results I don't want to see.

I love how you adjust to what I typically look for (even though I forget my password!!) there are plenty of small town apartments and houses for rent and you find a bunch of those. But still need more of small town options and ESPECIALLY countryside options. I grew up rural and will continue! Other than that the perfect app!!

One of the best apps out there. You can check crimes areas zoom in to it to see how close it is. On your iPad you can see the types of crimes. Great app don't have much apartments listed but you can get the address and put it in this app, check the map find the apartment and still see the crime

Trulia is my go to app when looking for a rental property. Best part about the app, in my opinion, is the option for view crime risks. Can't say any other well known apps out there has that feature. Thumbs up Trulia!

Great for searching for rentals! My only complaint is it is difficult to remove homes from your saved listings. You have to use your computer, go to "email preferences" and then edit your saved homes. Sometimes it still doesn't delete them. Why not a simple toggle save/unsave?

I've installed both of Trulias apps and they were both equally useless. I'm not asking for much besides laundry facilities, AC, and gated parking. My results were ZERO IN BOTH CASES! Stay away from this app unless you enjoy wasting your time!

I found my home to rent on trulia. Moving from Ohio to Florida was a large undertaking for us as senior citizens. I searched for a month and finally found a house to rent on truelia.

I enjoy the search features (nearby schools, crime ratings, easy to save different search areas, good drill down options) Definitely helping us with our military transfer since finding a home without seeing the area is difficult
