Still locking up if you get a spark and send a message its going to a blank screen rather than the choices page which its clear that it's trying to do. Not enough members at the moment. Has the usual issues with women forgetting that they actually have to message first as well as write a profile containing more than the usual bs if they want online dating to work for them. The following still applies even after mallet strike. It crashes on location script. Messaging section is not updating at all on login. Have to do multiple reloads to get it to show what you hope is accurate information. Missing alot of communication or spark conversations at the moment. Which will be making people get rejected because they're too slow to respond. Two conversations before subscription is too few given how bombarded many women get. There needs to be a permanent banner reminding people that only two active at once at the bottom of chat window. Something has gone wrong with the messaging system now. Mutial spark isnt opening up a fresh chat option. It still needs an audio alert for messages with android phones putting in asap. Too easy to miss messages at the moment. Usual problems of women not completing profiles and relying on looks. Needs a 15 and 20 mile radius put in the settings especially for north UK as above 20 it can be 3 hour plus travelling in some directions. If not careful will fall into the trap other dating services have and they wonder why their membership stream has dried up.

Makes you pay for everything, cant talk to girls without unlocking things by payments.

Seemed fine until it won't met me share my contact info with someone, appears to have no help section, or facilities to contact the admin for the app. Very disappointing in a very competitive market

Wow.. This aps is good to passing your boring time by connecting with any people any country. It Have big fun to use this aps. nice aps. I really like it.

Terrible. 8 matches right now. None left to get and not even a read let alone a reply. Not worth it.

App keeps crashing and shutting down please fix and i dont get y i can only chat to only person and all the rest r locked till i spend 10£ a month

I really love this apps. This apps is really great for dating. If anyone want to use this app I will highly recommend that. I am really happy to use that app.

Initial concept was good. However, app developers got exceedingly greedy, by introducing an extortionate pricing scheme, by STEALTH. Hero to zero!

To expensive. Same as most dating apps. Not sure if all the ladies are honest and truthful adds

Poor, like the concept, but not enough local people. Also seems like lots of fake 5 star ratings. They 5 star reviewers have not left reasons why. How did this win dating app of the year. Time to uninstall

I like the idea of the app, however you can only have one open chat at a time, and if you want more you have to pay which I think is quite stupid.

Very good idea but as soon as you match one person any more and you have to pay so this is not a free app so can not vote it any higher than 2 stars.

Wouldn't send verification code via SMS having tried numerous times and I know there's nothing wrong with my phone messaging in receiving SMS, rendering this particular dating app useless to me in sending any messages to anyone, maybe need to purchase subscription inside the app. Shall be uninstalling n continue to use apps that can actually use for free. This is too expensive. No communication from support having emailed my problem with the non receiving of code for verification.

Useless trying to use the filter because it doesn't work at all... the fact it asks for so much personal details is very concerning as well.. I understand it's for verification... but do you really need YouTube, spotify and every form of social media going?

This is a huge waste of time. For a start not many UK people on here. Next is after you have added all the things you need to, and not totally comfortable with how much personal information they want access to, considering the fear of cloning and other cyber crime. Then you finally swipe yes or in this case spark with someone to find that from there on its going to be costing money. With all the better, cheaper and more popular apps out there why would anyone actually want to start paying for this.... Also the interface is clunky and badly designed. Save your self the bother, Tinder may be like wading through sewerage looking for a gem but at least it is a bigger lake and not a puddle and it doesn't cost you anything....

Was ok until an update meant that I have to pay a subscription to see messages that people have sent me apparently. If I want to send a first message then I see why I would have to pay but to read them???? Rubbish!

Good idea but I have a notification to say I have a match but when I click to have a look it is just blank and says there's no match. Go on to another page and the notification come back ????

I think any app trying to make online dating better than it currently is should get a pat on the back. Saw the hilarious ad, downloaded it and love what they are trying to do.

Everything was okay except it won't let me talk to someone without verified ID or mobile number and if I try to verify my ID it say authority error and if I try to verify my Mobile its says the app as stopped its nothing but a fruad from looks of it

Hardly anyone on here and if you accidently swipe left you never see them again. Having read reviews it seems a bit of a waste of time... shame it sounded promising but free apps and cheaper at any rate elsewhere and longer established with more credibility. Byee Like I'm going to send copies of my I.D to you. ... clone wars.... everyone I have come across has same or less.... starting to think charges and claims for I.D. that this may be a scam app.

AND THEN 'THEY' GOT GREEDY... Had been a fantastic app until recently, clear & simple to use, making some fantastic connections along the way, of which I'm still friends with today. At this stage it was noticeable that any match would be far away due to the limited users, but being a fairly new app it was understandable. Sadly instead of finding advertiser's, they felt its users were best to line there pockets and install restrictions for a cash fee to talk? Now I'm no mathematical genius however it seems now that to have meet any kind of decent fish in an already shallow pond, both parties would have to pay to sustain a decent conversation, which with the already established dating apps out there, they truly have shot themselves in the face, So for that reason, "I'm off!"????????‍♂️

Keep trying to upload an image but the app keeps telling me its not suitable!! Im fully dressed and covered and its a full body picture of me standing in a mirror ! App needs working on to recognise real indecent images !

Could be great if the interface was better and swiping worked better. Swiping right in a profile to swipe should be default and how it is feels club clunky. And the fact it is advertised as award winning and high rated on FB yet only has a 2.9 score on the store is laughable

I think the app needs a lot of improvement... Especially if you want to make a complaint! I get the Spark thing from other users yet it doesn't let me speak to them... Apart from saying Oops try again later... What the heck! Is that what I paid for..!!??

What is this horrible app about? Keep getting the same matches over and over again! I swipe left, they come back. I remove with option 'not my type' and they still coming back! Absolutely, utterly useless.

Thanks for your second email: I did indeed set my preferences to 'men' so I take issue with the implication that I was confused rather than your app not functioning properly. I don't have a problem with an ID verifying dating app - thanks for insinuating that I do and hence have a less honourable intention - I was purely highlighting a flaw in your design requiring your users to use social media channels you prescribe in order to verify their identity. If this is your level of customer service, app design and functionality, you'd be best to go back to the drawing board.

It's a great idea but I guess it needs a lot of money to run. Your are only allowed 2 chats and then you must upgrade to a wapping £9.99 per month. To chat. Not cool at all. Great concept awful execution as there are many apps around that allow free chat. At least that.

Superb dating app however with the recent pay to chat update they've essentially destroyed the user database over night. I've no issue paying in honesty due to the quality of the application, however the pricing is incredibly steep and no one would be able to respond to you!

That new update making people pay to talk to their matches is ridiculous, all other apps allow you to do something as basic as sending messages when you receive them. At least leave premium features to payment not cutting off basic messaging. Uninstalled.. And before you send a reply about people the logic of this change is about paying bills and living on college noodles in your workplace take a look at how many negative reviews this update is getting.. We're not all wrong, it'd be a decent app if it wasn't for this.

This is pretty rubbish. Seriously? Have to pay to open the first message I've received? And this is after you claimed it has been fixed. Completely useless application.
