I have only managed to get this running reliably on one device so far: my Asus Transformer Pad. Galaxy S3, S4, Vega Iron and LG G Pad 8.3 all randomly lock up during file transfer. So much potential as a useful app. Such bad code.

I own the iptime router 2004n model with USB NAS. This app worked well until I used Filezilla on my work computer. I then cannot connect to server again with this app, and must set up router NAS id and password again, but other clients will work. I have switched to FTP Player (client) free instead, which is faster, also streams, and is far more stable. FTP Player works well with MX Player, also, to play the videos. Won't bother with this app anymore, but enjoying the NAS on my router!

So much easier and faster to transfer files from desktop to phone.
