Truecaller: Caller ID, SMS spam blocking & Dialer

I agree with the reviews complaining about your pushing and pestering the use of this app for SMS. Please stop, I have an app that handles SMS and I have this app for phone calls. Stop trying to push your inferior unwanted functionality. Last but not least, since the last update, I'm getting a Chrome error.

It was working fine until you guys decided to pull the plug on Truemessenger and start pushing this app for SMS, as well. Spam messages and notification were handled much better on the Truemessenger app. Try not to push this half-baked attempt on the users. Let the app do what it does the best - manage calls.

I like this app very much but when i want to register it shows my number wrong. When i change my number to the right digits it says that i had already tried too many times but i did not done anything yet and it kicks me out for 24hours....WHY???? Can someone help me please???

Its getting laggy and shows different name of the person, if I am calling home it shows me some other name. Tried uninstalling and all..but it doesn't work...not able to know the correct names.

Don't know why true caller keeps sending notifications to enable SMS, photos etc., when I don't want that feature. Please respect your customer and stop nagging

I just want to use this app to identify unknown number, because that's what it is good at. Recurring notifications to set it as messaging app is really annoying. There's no provision to switch off the notification. The app doesn't record the one time response.

TrueCaller app starts running for every call, even for the saved contacts, icon shows up on the status bar. Even after disconnecting the call, truecaller icon stays persistently. I had to Force Stop TrueCaller to remove the icon. Please fix this issue. I am using OnePlus 5T with Open Beta 1 Android Oreo build. Not sure if it is an issue with build.

Unfortunately I need this for NFC payments, but I'm not a fan. Privacy concerns, plus it totally screws up Contacts by showing their 'verified contact' and not my Address Book one. How do I stop the override?!

If I cancel some call or call gets disconnected, this app keeps me sending a notification bubble that call not completed, call again etc. & This comes at every freaking second.. so annoying.. tried everything to stop this.. but it seems this is serious bug.. uninstalling..

Simple and fabulous. Loving it.I found a glitch though. Spam calls do make it through. Even the ones with spam marked 10+. That's quite annoying, but I do hope a fix pops up soon.

Unable to update my number and login after installi my truecaller ..does this support UAE??? I tried installing this app multiple times however its a same issue cannot login with my phone number...pls look into this

Interface so slow, even sending sms, tapping too fast and it register sending 2 times for the same sms, lucky it have undo. 2018-1, since few weeks, it kept ask to setup true messenger, and an unknown error while submit the phone number...

Every time I open truecaller it shows me a message chrome has stopped working. The same isn't happening with any other app and chrome is working fine. Don't know if it's an issue of my phone or something with teuecaller

Was working fine, but after the last upgrade, I am getting a ' unable to connect, please try again' error... What could be wrong? I can't sign in

After the latest update, whenever I start this app, get a message saying "Chrome has stopped, Close App", even when Chrome is not actually running. Please look into this asap

It works amazingly. I just received a phone call from someone I know but did not have their contact info. It pulled the correct name and helped identify the caller.

Hi. Could the developer kindly include an option so that no.s that are not in the contacts could be treated as blocked numbers? This would be very beneficial for people like me. Cheers.

Upgraded stars, was getting too invasive and forcing dialer and text blocking. Advertising is still heavy, would pay to remove.

Works as advertised, however I don't like that it keeps asking me to use it as an SMS app as well. I have an SMS app that I like. No need to have another one.

Nice alternative to the native dialer. Although the monthly and yearly premiums are outrageous. Those charges add up. A reasonable one time fee would be ideal, and if it was an option, I'd pay it.

it is showing wrong locations most of the times. Moreover names are also different.

Whenever am installing ttue caller, all my contact lists are getting messed, the nos are getting inter changed with each others.

It keeps kicking me off the moment I open it. I even deleted it and tired to reinstall and the same issue still remains

It should have more option of manual notification control. What we want to appear then that things should be appeared only.

When I search for a contact, the interface first shows me the messages from the contact. And atleast let me choose the display. Would love to have the interface of Truedialer.

Sometimes sms not getting sent when using trucaller sms feature. After 2-3 resend tries, it sends. Please fix this problem.

Call list appears again after cleaning all call logs.Also it shows all deleted message from the system.

With the recent update the app crashed google chrome everytime we ipen Truecaller.

@True Software Scandinavia AB. Please bring back the dark background boxes with white texr for sms conversations. The current white ones hurts the eyes. Thank you

This app is on point. Defienitly has saved me from answering pointless phone calls.
