Doesn't work for ordering ahead, nor paying. Pretty useless on Android.

No use for me, I like to add white chocolate to my smoothies & I can't do that with this app

Can't get smoothies with Splenda... No way to customize orders. Poorly designed app.

First time ordering off this app and it already messed up my order and forgot the apple. Next time I'll just go in to order, if I even go back to the store at all.

None of your stores in Columbia, South Carolina use the app and keep lying to customers saying they'll have it "next week".... that was 6 months ago.

Useless. Worst app to order from. Will not save you time

The app is ok. I dont use it as much because you have to use a credit card to pay and it doesn't save the information, also adding extra ingredients is not an option.

You should just stick with Starbucks. Too many different tropical smoothie stores do different things like no happy hour or discounts.

This app is useless if you want to make any substitutions to your drink. It also does not show the tropical smoothie closest to my house in Greenbrier Chesapeake, Va. It's also pretty slow and laggy when trying to find locations. I will give it two stars because if I'm outside of my area and want exactly what's on the menu or drink I guess this will work.

To anybody that hasn't used this yet, you can add or subtract all the ingredients that come in whatever you order, you just can't really add other ingredients, except for the proteins and the like. Now, the issue I'm having is that I have yet to earn a single point thru the app, even though I have used it almost every day this week. Also, it doesn't save my card and hitting the back button erases pretty much everything. Besides that, I really like this app.

I love the app, use it daily. The favorites future is great for someone who likes to order the same things. My only issue is that you can't check no sugar/splendia on the kids menu. Would give 4.5 but not a full 5

I cannot use this b/c there is no way to customize smoothies. I need more options for add/remove and a quantity for addl add ins such as energizer. Useless to me, have to call store.

This app seems incomplete. I can't add supplements or extra items and the search for a store near me doesn't work. Who ever made this needs to go back to the drawing board. THIS APP SUCKS

As an notoriously late person I love ordering ahead, but I can't do that with this app if I want to make customizations to my smoothie. For example... I like the Paradise Point but without strawberry, sub peaches. You can remove the strawberry, but can't make substitutions.

The Android version appears to be the "poor stepchild" of the iOS app, which works perfectly on friends iPhones. 1) Can't customize drinks; 2) Page refreshes constantly on Android 7.0 device; 3) Location search recall doesn't work. Need I go on? Developers should be embarrassed.

This app is terrible. Nothing works, terrible user interface. This app is the worst ever, and now it works even less. I didn't think that was possible. Impossible to tell them not to add sugar to the smoothie.

In short, these developers should be embarrassed. Any amount they were paid is too much. If you go back, you loose the entire order, including the location (oh, yeah, no location awareness either). You can't make substitutions or many changes. Wake up TSC franchisees, this app, or the lack of a real one is costing you money.

This app is only good for ordering online. None of the other features work, or perhaps it just isn't easy to use properly. If it is a programming issue fix it, if it is an ease of use issue then dummy proof it for idiots like me. I'm very frustrated with this app.

Ok but if you switch to anything else on your phone, say... texts to look at what someone wants, when you go back to the app it starts you all over again at the beginning. If they'd fix that it'd be great.

I love this Place and there app. They send you useful coupons and don't have pop ups like other apps. I've told everyone I know about it. My favorite item is There MOCHA MADNESS..

Major UX improvements are needed especially around ordering and the Android back button. Just turning off my screen while making an order (just for 30s) causes the entire order to be lost. Needs to accept coupons. Needs to allow specifying half turbinado on smoothie orders. Only real positive part of the app is the easy payments via QR scanners.

FIX IT, unable to place order from app, loading screen just keeps going and going and going. Food is great but app sucks.

For some reason the app seems to think it needs to drain my battery. I can find no way to stop this from occurring. I see no setting that makes it reduce reliance/utilization on/of location services. I like the idea of this app, because my local shop lacks a drive thru, but it's execution needs improvement. Stop draining my battery. Stop searching for location UNLESS I OPEN THE APP.

I hate that I have to pay through the app to earn points. I don't want to upload money onto an app I just want to pay. I can't order in advance because it can't find my location even tho they have been there for almost 2 years

This app is absurdly and unusably bad. *Repeatedly deleted my favorite store because the "REMOVE" button is placed poorly. *If you use the back button while building your order, it takes you back all the way to the home screen and deletes your order. *Told me it would take 30 minutes to make my 2 smoothie order. *Told me I had to pay before I could place my order... but gave me no place to enter payment info. Hey TSC, please stop trying to DIY your app, and hire a professional.

For the love of all that is holy, put in a damn back button! If you make a mistake you have to back out the whole way.

I love this app!! It's fast! I can order through my phone and just pick up at the counter! I can skip the long lines and get on my way!

There is no way to undo a mistake or if you go back placing an order, you wipe out everything. Not well designed

Disappointed in the steps it takes to order. Looking over the menu anytime I choose to go back I had to choose my location. It was very time consuming. So much that I choose to just order in store.

Worked for awhile but now it's not giving me my points. So I haven't been able to get my free 5.00 for every 55.

I'm Vegan. I can't even change the ingredients in a smoothie to exclude yoghurt or the wraps to have Beyond meat instead of chicken. This is ridiculous

Needs a back button that won't completely exit out of your order every time you hit it. Can get really annoying

Made order. Came to shop and cou ter person had no idea of the transaction. Unable to pull up order on app. Not a good first experience......

Okay for pick up ordering but doesn't save your store and you have to go through all these steps each time....plus the time it takes to get to so called rewards is lame...but...ok to order and will ensure

Terribly written app. Crashes constantly, doesn't use the proper API'S or have permissions built in. Clearly had some cheap developer throw this app together in two days.

You cannot make alterations to your drinks when you are Luke me and wish to add other fruits along with the original. Useless to me and I don't get rewards because of it. Thanks!

This app needs a way to customize orders, add coupons (what's the point of getting them in the mail if you can't use them online (yes I know, in store; not everyone has time)) and also find a way to scan your receipt to earn your rewards. I forgot my phone one time and sadly didn't get them.

Love, Love , Love how easy this app is to use. I send my daughter in to pick up our orders so we can get and go!!

I am unable to upload previous purchase (same day of first order). What's the use of the app if you can't enter a purchase for points/rewards?????
