The unofficial Markiplier app for Android automatically syncs in the background every 8 hours for new videos from Mark and then displays a notification letting you know how many new videos there are! Of course, this is configurable is settings.
The app keeps track of which videos you have seen or not, so you always know which one to watch. If you want to watch a video, it plays it in an in-app player so you don't get taken outside the app to a watch anything, thus making your Mark experience that much faster!
