Startup Gujarat is a brainchild of Gujarati Serial Entrepreneur Rajesh Gandhi and his team.

As per history, the best and brightest ideas have come from people who have access to limited resources and people who are not rated by the world. For example, Bill Gates, a college dropout went on to create Microsoft. Similarly, Steve Jobs was the son of a Syrian Refugee. He went on to create today's most valuable global brand "Apple".

Gujaratis are known for their entrepreneurial spirit. There are millions of Gujaratis who have zillions of ideas, but, most of this ideas never see the light of the day. The main reason for ideas not coming on surface is the limited resources and lack of opportunities for this individuals. The individual with a brilliant idea may be staying in remotest villages with very limited access to money and other resources. He might not have support and guidance to take the idea forward. Some of this ideas may be capable to create big transformations and generate huge revenues.

Startup Gujarat is an effort to bring maximum ideas to surface, provide good ideas with necessary support and try to lead them to success. This will not only enable that individual to lead a better life. It may also put Gujarat and India on World map.
