I commuted for years in the tri rail until I retired. If you have a long drive take the train and reduce your stress. Trust it's worth it. This app makes it helpful to plan your trip.

Originally, there were alot of problems a while ago when this app was updated but that has been resolved a while ago. Honestly, I see no difference between the old and updated version when they are working properly.

This app does not work MOST of the time. I always have to pull up the scheduled online. Trying to open the app just nets me a black screen. No specific time of day either. Just flat out does NOT work!!

Tracking doesn't work, can't select favorites, can't leave feedback, display extends beyond screen. All around poorly designed software.

Train tracking somewhat worked for a few weeks...now it doesn't at all. None of the new features are working. Is this getting fixed?

The app is alright. It's good for figuring out what time the train is suppose to arrive and what time it's suppose to get to your destination. I only updated it because of the train tracking feature they added in, but apparently it doesn't work. And after reading some of the recent reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Please fix this.

This app is really helpful. But the new feature is not working. I cannot see anything like tracking a train. It doesn't matter if I uninstall the app and installed back. Please fix it.

It's upsetting that you can't see the actual times of the moving trains to know what time to expect them like the metro rail does in Miami...it's a waste of an app because then there's no telling when the train will be late or early.

Alerts and schedule are fine but the app is best with the working train tracking

For the most part app work. I had one functional problem with app(just would work) and I uninstalled and reinstall app. I havent had any problem ever since. I would recommend

Update 02/02: app is now functional again, thanks for updating quickly. Please revise your QA strategy moving forward. . . . . . . . . So after the update, you can no longer choose stations from the drop down menu for trip planning and schedules. Apparently it's across all devices seeing the other reviews here. Seems like no QA was done at all, not even a smoke test. Wow.

Fare calculator doesn't work when I try to check departure and arrival stations.

TRI RAIL is worst system in South Florida. Every week tri rail late wouldn't recommend if you need to be some where on time.

Just installed update and the app is now fully functional save a lot of time. Recommend this to all

Train schedule feature is now working again on Android Samsung Note 3. Thank you for that. :-)

Cannot select stations in the Trip Planner>Train Schedule section of the app. Happened recently, seems to be a problem with the update. App works well otherwise.

So they updated the app 9 months after opening the Miami station to show the new station lol only for the app to become non working for train schedule. Seriously where is the quality of control? Can you guys see the comments
